Perfect location, 2 min walk to MRT and 5 min or so to light rail. Countless good restaurants, take out places and clean food stalls nearby, supermarket literally across the street. I’m glad they didn’t serve or charge for breakfast. The chain restaurant across the street is open 24 hours and food is awesome anytime

It was rather clean, neat and tidy. The bed was comfortable and the tv/toilets were all functioning well.
The 'no window' room that we booked was unfortunately quite dusty. Probably due to the lack of filtration of air through out the room since it has no window.

The staff are friendly, the room is clean and comfortable..we probably will book the same hotel in our next visit to Kaohsiung

The front desk is very clean. Overall it’s a good room for the price and the location.
Just about the air conditioner. It only has one or three modes. But it’s not possible to change the temperature. It’s either on or off.

The staff are fantastic, very attentive to all details, responsive, and extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
The room is dated, from the overall furniture to the bathroom, but housekeeping does a good job of keeping things clean.

I booked 2 rooms at the hotel, 1 double room, the hotel arranged us in a room for disabled people. I asked to change the room but the staff said there were no more rooms available. I am very upset with this irresponsible way of working. The hotel must inform the customer about the no more rooms and ask if the customer agrees to stay in this special room. When I said: “I will rate 1 star on booking because of this rude room arrangement”. The staff immediately said “ok” without thinking. What a bad attitude☹️ I'm on the 3rd floor and there's no wifi. I asked the hotel via Booking but no one answered. The service is so bad🤧
