their efficient, helpful, corteous and accommodating reception/front desk staff are the best! johny, leon, green and annie (and the other male front desk officer which i din not get the name) are the hotel's best asset and are the gems among the employees! they will always help you in all the possible ways that they can in all your concerns and problems even if it is not related to their hotel or work! i truly appreciate their good heart and good will! they are really very inspiring and they made me more helpful to others aswell! thank you so much especially to johny and leon for helping me with my easy card! you two are the best when it comes to customer service and care! i will forever cherish and remember the help you have given to us! thank you so much!

Location is good, about 10 mins walk to Formosa Stn. Breakfast is typical local Taiwanese breakfast is porridge, with some bread, peanut butter and jam. I would suggest hotel to provide at lease some fried eggs or hard boiled eggs to eat with the bread for the tourist who don't take porridge. Staffs were helpful.

Location is near the Formosa Station, convenient to go anywhere. Nearby there is 7-Eleven, Convenient stall, Watson just opposite, Supermarket less than 10mins walk. Staff is very helpful. We were able to leave our luggage to store in the hotel to spend a few days travelling elsewhere.

This is a centrally located hotel, around 15 min on foot from the main station. The facilities themselves are rather dated, but meet travellers' needs

The breakfast was a little boring, and the breakfast hall rather messy. Still, a very good price for the room with the breakfast included!

A bit old fashioned but breakfast buffet made it up!! free water dispenser, everyday complementary water and spacious room. central, save and close to subway station. although hotel was fully booked, it was quiet. bed sheets and towels were changed/made daily. AC anc wifi worked very well.

carpet and bathroom just looked bit untidy.

Great wifi, having a room with a water dispensing machine was a nice touch, staff was helpful and friendly, breakfast had a nice variety and quantity.

The lighting in the room tends to be rather dark, sweep under the beds please, add more pillows in the family room.

Hotel a bit worn out but still OK, clean, Asian style breakfast with lots of vegetables and not the best coffee, working AC and WiFi, very good location close to train and Subway, elevator.

Very professional staff. Clean & spacious room. There is drinking water refill on 7th floor with different temperatures. Good location.

Great breakfast selection. 10 mins walk to subway station and lots of restaurants around. rooms were clean. although they have lots of guests it is a calm hotel.

not all staff can speak english. no need to be fluent but at least no basic english. i had a problem with train ticket but the night shift staff couldn’t speak english at all ;_;
