Rooms were delightfully huge, with ample space to spread out our luggage and shopping. The beds were super comfortable and we had great rest on all the nights we had there. Toilet was very clean and spacious and had one of the best bidets I have ever used. Rooms were very soundproof, we couldn't hear anyone else next to us. Breakfast had a great spread of local and western cuisine using a lot of fresh, local produce especially the milk bar and the fruit juice area. Omelet live station was a lovely nice touch. Location was amazing since it was only a 5min walk to Formosa Boulevard Station which is a junction station between 2 different metro lines, making our commute throughout Kaohsiung very easy.

This could easily be a 5-star-Hotel: the staff at the reception is very professional, kind and speaks English. The bedroom is huge (I've never seen a double bed this size!) and has plenty of storage place. There is free parking.

Reminding people that breakfast ends at 10 once is professional, informing them again after 15min. is attentive. Reminders no. 3,4 and 5 (!) are just in bad taste. Especially if the staff is taking from the buffet to eat themselves before the buffet is even closed. It's like saying: get lost already. Also, at the same place in the evening, the waiting time for two beers was almost 15min. even though there were 3 tables occupied in total and 3 people working.

Great convenient Location. Friendly and courteous reception staff. Extensive daily breakfast available with daily changes to the menu. Very plush and comfortable mattress and pillows.

The room was extremely dark and we were left feeling very uneasy at night while trying to sleep. We didn’t get that feeling during the daytime - so that sense of unease was peculiar. We managed to get an additional Table Lamp to illuminate the walkway on our second night - we slept a lot better thereafter.

The location was good. The room was spacious. Free parking was an advantage. Breakfast has a good range of goods and was reasonable but not amazing for the price.

The pillows were uncomfortable. The rooms aren't sound proof and the shower water temperature fluctuated from ambient to scalding hot which isn't good especially in a hotel of this calibre. We ate at the western restaurant on the top floor and would rate it 5/10, western but not done well.

The front desk is very friendly and efficient. Peggy particularly helped a lot. Betty helped also. Nice lobby with 24 hour coffee! The dining room for morning breakfast is very nice with a variety of foods. And very close to RMT.

I didn't see any English T.V. channel. If offer CNBC or Bloomberg, it will be a big plus! The remote control was also not easy to use.

The hotel location is great, closed to MRT and one stop to train station, very convenient to go anywhere. Hotel bed is good and room is spacious. Hotel staff is very nice with good manner. Not bad to stay.

Shower room water is not strong but OK. Breakfast is cold, including cooked food since they didn’t keep food in warm water container to ensure guests could get hot food. Room with some noise so it took me some time to fall into sleep. However, all of the issues are not big problems. I may expect the hotel can do better.

Very nice hotel, with spacious and comfortable rooms and good breakfast with view of the city. Staff is friendly and willing to assist if something is needed. The hotel is conveniently located near the Formosa Boulevard Station of the MRT, where two of the metro lines intersect, so easy to move around town. Also, it is at walking distance from some attractions, including the Liouhe Night Market, and many restaurants.

This is my 3rd time to stay in this hotel and overall was on par with my expectation. The room is very spacious and the size of the bathtub is big enough to squeeze in 2 adults. The restaurant at the top floor has a very nice outdoor dining area with beautiful skyline at night. The staff is very polite and friendly

The breakfast buffet was slightly below my expectation compared to my previous experience. The room had a slight musty smell, maybe due to high humidity and/or air conditioner that seemed little lack of power.

Design from common spaces—entrance, lobby cafe (free self service coffee tea snacks for guests), rooftop restaurant—to the spacious rooms, great friendly and helpful service, location, breakfast buffet offers a good variety of dishes from local to western, there is something for everyone.

The room is comfortable for 2 people and the breakfast is fantastic! The location is also good, it's easy to take MRT to elsewhere and it's also close to the traditional market where you can try lots of local food. The staff is also very helpful and kind. Although the price is a bit high due to the concert... I'll stay again next time to Kaohsiung!
