A funky hotel with some very interesting room designs and wallpapers. Staff were friendly from the outset with good English, the rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet (despite facing main roads). The communal area in the basement is a nice touch, and I can recommend buying some steam buns over the road and have a coffee downstairs in the basement for a quick, cheap and cheerful breakfast. Laundry available at the top floor was a godsend.

Hard to fault really. There's only one lift, so can be a little wait - but nothing dramatic.

Each floor is under a different theme, we stayed there for 1 night, then left for Tainan for 2 nights before returning again, so can see the different designs on 2 floors, and it seems each room got unique stylish design as well. Staff is friendly and helpful, facilities not bad, and like that they provide body lotion in the room. And they got washing machine and dryer at the top floor that one can use for 50 TWD each round, which is not bad.

The bed is a bit too soft for me, and due to the unique design, some of these features are quite dusty, I guess cleaners only attend to the usual room facilities, but dust can spread, so well better to clean these due to some of these are in proximity of the bed...

Spacious room, excellent shower. Huge bed! Room had kettle, hairdryer, mini fridge. It had no wardrobe space but did have a small single rail to hang a few things on. Checkin is usually self-service, it appears, but we were looked after well by a member of staff. Wifi was solid. There was a tv but no Western channels. The hotel had a deal on, and so the price was fantastic.

The decor was a little tired in our room but we saw into one or two others and they looked a bit better. The hotel is more like an aparthotel - there are no reception services as such. There is a laundry on site I believe.

Room was clean and modern. We enjoyed the fun vibe and also liked the shared space with small drinks and snacks available. We also enjoyed the location very close to two metro stations which made getting around fast and easy.

The aircon was stuck on maximum so it was a little cold in the room at times and was also a little noisy but this wasn't too much of an issue.

I like location. Staff is helpful. Mine is the only 6 pax room at Level 9. But lift only till Level 8. The only lady staff help me carried 6 big luaggge up all by herself. I feel bad after knowing she the only staff working at the timing. Afterwhich when checking out we carry all by ourself. Have all toiletries and clean.

No lift to Level 9. But not a big issue.

I have need to upgrade my room to one with better view because I've got room where view was blocked by hotel main banner from outside (room itself was excellent, just view didn't match my expectations) But according to booking city view was offered Everything else was 100% good

I like the cleanliness. Our bed was huge and super comfy. The staff were very accommodating. The check-in process was super smooth. I would definitely book this hotel whenever we go back to Kaoshiung!

There is no other option for complimentary hot drinks. It's not a big deal, though.

Definitely the best value for money I had on my Taiwan trip. Very comfortable bed and nice equipment overall. Check-in & -out was smooth and the personnel great. Location also lovely, since close to MTR and night market.

Quite a few stains in bathroom and on the carpet, but still clean.

The room was spotless! The bed was big and comfortable, the bathroom and water pressure in the shower were great. But best of all was the staff. They helped us with directions for public transport, coins for laundry and were very flexible when we had to arrange an early check-out due to our own mis-planning. Thank you Nancy and staff! We had a great stay.

No breakfast but hotel provided free snacks, candies and instant noodles with good quality. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and lively with decoration on the ceiling. The hotel is easy to reach to with either the red or orange line.

The minor things are the noise of the air-cons that we have to turn off during the nights and a couple of receptionists cannot speak English. Nonetheless, they are always very eager to help.
