Booking for double room but upgraded to Triple Room. The staff can't speak English very well but they try hard to explain briefly. The owner and staff are very helpful. The place also easy to find and very near to the Liuhe Market around 3 minutes walk. There's a 7E near the entrance. Easy way to come by MRT, the nearest Formosa Boulevard Station, Exit is Exit 10. But it a long stairs to go. If you have a big luggage, you can take Formosa Boulevard Station, Exit 4. After the Exit, turn left and just follow the walk through sidewalk until you see Formosa Boulevard Station, Exit 10, then just go straight until the intersection and take a right turn until you see a 7E on the left. Very easy. This hotel provide free breakfast and hot drinks (bread, jam, herb eggs and snacks) they also provide hot water. You can used the laundry room (with free detergent and softener). They also clean the room everyday. Very recommended and if I visit Kaohsiung again, I will stay here again.

The self-help tea eggs, baos, bread, and croissant were available throughout the day. The washing machine and powder were available free of charge too. The location is right above a 7/11, and is a 2-minute walk to the start of Liuhe Night Market. Also a short distance to Formosa Boulevard mrt station, though you will have to carry your luggage up a long flight of stairs.

The room we got was a little small, so there was no space to open our luggage. We saw that the other rooms had more space when they were cleaning them, so it might be down to luck. Also, the food was brought out at different times each morning, so some consistency there would be good.

The owner is very nice and accommodating. Upon check-in, he will give you a brief orientation of the facilities like how to use the washing machine, where to dry your clothes, where you can eat and get utensils, where you can get hot/cold drinking water, where to throw your garbage etc. The quadruple room is perfect for us as a family of four. There was plenty of space, the beds are spacious and the hot water was perfect for the January chill. There is also a 7-11 downstairs and across, there are some restaurants you can run to when you need to grab a bite. A couple of steps away is the Liouhe Night Market (opens at 5pm). A 3-minute walk to Formosa Boulevard Station.

Location very close to Liouhe night market and Formosa MRT, the reception staff was friendly and lended me a local plug to charge my phone. There were complementary bottles of water in my room but I just used the hot and cold water refill stations in the reception area. I was given a twin double room which I think was bigger than what I booked. I could store my luggage after checkout.

Cleanliness in the room, there were some tiny mites going to a hole in the wall. I couldn’t switch off the air con so was cold in the night with the thin sheet, but managed to switch it off in the morning so think it was my fault.

The staff was friendly and was quick to offer help. The rooms were cleaned daily, even if we don't request them. Located at walking distance from metro rail, supermarkets and 2 night markets.

The room was very nice and spacious, with private bathroom and clean. Good AC.

The bathroom shower had some mould, and when opening the window it was full of pigeons. No window in the room apart from the one in the shower.

Excellent location - only a short walk to Formosa Blvd station and Liuhe night market. The staff were very friendly, especially the uncle at reception. I was able to check in early too.

It’d be better if they had a toilet for guests after check-out.

Nearby the hotel, there are a lot of food stores and also 7/11 next to the hotel. The hotel is clean and they clean the room everyday without any request from us.

Many towels are really old and worn out.

I like the hospitality of Mr. Hsu, especially because he is very accommodating and cheerful.
