Very old hotel with classy art pieces and good design. Room toilet bowl was magnificent, totally silent and no-splash flush system. Great value for money as this is a very affordable five star hotel. Locals come to the hotel to eat its buffet. Bus stop few steps away below.

Water pressure is not very high, and the drainage of the shower is not great. There was always a small flood at the bathroom floor that flowed from the shower area as this was a disability access room and the shower area was separated from general bathroom area using a hanging curtain without any doors.

Nice hotel, a lot of art. But getting old. It was likely perfect 10 years ago and still very good. Some facilities are closed. Very nice restaurants though. Location is very convinient. Great view. Polite and kind people.

It is coming very close to renovation I believe. Little things in the room are broken, outdated electrical. The recreational facility is closed, so my dream to visit sauna remained a dream.

Friendly staff. The room is old but clean, bright, and spacious, with separated entrance area, and a great view. Superb bedding quality. The location near cultural center is great, a few minutes walk from the MRT stop. Overall decent value!

Outdated, classic 90s luxury hotel with unrenovated rooms and furniture. Gym and pool were inaccessible during my stay. I found the breakfast buffet rather underwhelming for a 5*

The seating area was comfortable and made evenings easier, as we have a young child. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is very close to the culture centre, which is a nice place for a walk and coffee.

The breakfast selection wasn't as impressive as I had hoped. I was expecting more considering the price per night. The decor and rooms are a bit dated, again for the price I'd expect it to look newer. Strangely, they don't provide handsoap for environmental reasons. So, we needed to buy our own.

Location is great with a cultural center near by, and lots of shops and convinient stores. Room is spacious.

Aircon is strong but the temperture adjust did not work. It is always the same cold air. Aircon is noisy even the lowest fan.

Room was very good. Breakfast very satisfactory. Within walking distance to MRT. Bought transportaion pass, rode the MRT, LRT and the bus. Enjoy the rides. Staff of the shops we went to were very courteous and helpful. Need to give a shout out for the taxi Number 8187 👍 . Took the taxi from the hotel to Kaohsiung International Airport (19/09/2023), he missed the turning to the departure hall and had to turn one round to the place (fare twd 355). He reduced the fare (twd 320).

The breakfast was full of variety and excellent, although we had not so much. The room was fantastically comfortable Walking distance to Blue Fantasy music pub with live bands and famous singers, the Central Park district with night markets , individual shopping vendors, department stores, goody and foody .

The staff were all polite and friendly, so it was easy to ask them anything. There was a welcome fruit platter, and the bathroom was spacious and comfortable. The buffet breakfast included hotpots, which was a thoughtful option for those looking for something light and comforting.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in actually I could say the best hotel ever the staff spoke fluent English helped me call taxis and recommend it places nearby definitely recommended The view is beautiful hotel decoration is beautiful

If they could get rid of the dust it would be the best hotel ever

The check in time was 2 pm and the staff didnt allow us to check in 2 hrs prior even after having the room . if we were ready to pay 50% of room rent extra they were ready to issue the room immidiately.
