The apartment was fantastic and suited our needs perfectly. Our family includes a one-year-old, so that's a big ask! It was spacious and quiet with a fully-equipped kitchen and two solid-sized bedrooms. The location was spot-on and the car valet service was amazing! He picks up and drops off your car with only half an hour's notice right outside the hotel door. The only thing you need to be aware of re. the location is if you have a massive car (which we did), the roads are pretty tight. We managed to get through, but a couple of times it was hairy!

Very good location, close to the centre town and beaches, extremely clean, kind staff 👌 👍 Comfortable and large living room with sofa bed, kitchenette well equipped, good fridge. Bedroom is also nice and comfortable, good and immaculate bedlinen ❤️👍 Martina is an amazing person. We communicated very well with her. I definitely recommend 👌 Thank you so much ❤️

Spacious room, balcony, kitchen and walk in wardrobe. Very helpful recepitionist (Martina). Short walk to main streets for restaurants/bars and port area for ferries to the islands. Excellent bakery opposite for sweet treats and cafe 100yds to the right for breakfast. Both with helpful English speaking staff. Also reasonably priced.

Just a couple of minor points - A kettle in the room would have been more convenient and cheaper for the hotel than perhaps using an electric hob to boil water in a pan. - Our stay, which was for four nights, included one free drink per couple on the lovely roof terrace of their nearby sister hotel. A trivial thing I know but is a drink each too much to ask for

Just a few minutes walk to the centre of the historic town, a great location really as away from the busy streets that must be noisy to stay in. Studio with balcony overlooking the street outside was a good choice, double glazed, aircon, small kitchen with fridge was great. Spotless clean! Martina was a great help on the front desk with advice on getting to Erice and organising a taxi to the airport.

No complaints but personally i'd prefer a kettle instead of the coffee pod machine! The hot water was very hot , needed to be careful with that.

Perfect location in walking distance to beach, port, restaurants, bars, shops… Very friendly receptionists gave us some useful tips about places to go. The room was very spacious, cleaned every other day, with enough towels and good shower gels. We had a nice balcony and a kind of a walk in closet. Coffee machine was also a nice touch. Across the street is a bakery with really good Sicilian pastries. I highly recommend, good value for money for sure!

The location is great and the property is easy to find. I strongly recommend using their parking service because it makes things much easier.

For the price, I would have expected a little more, especially since we have to take care of the trash ourselves. Have to be careful because everything in the room comes with a cost, so don’t open anything you are not willing to pay for.

We had a wonderful spacious one bedroom apartment in San Domenica Residence and done up to a high standard. Ideally situated in the old part of Trapani and walking distance to both sides of the peninsula including the port & station. It was great to have a member of staff at reception to speak to and who helped us navigate the city and with taxis. She was really excellent. I would definitely recommend the San Domenica.

The location is great and very central, the rooms are a good size. The girl on reception was excellent and really helpful. Complimentary drinks at their sister hotel rooftop terrace was a nice start to our stay.

It is hard to reach by car and you will have to park elsewhere so do your homework before you arrive. Minor problem was being charged for water after complimentary first bottle when we were told not to drink the water, one bottle supplied per day would have been better. Also charged for coffee pods as our friends used more than the original allocation. Would prefer to pay an extra euro a day in the room rate to cover these things so they are 'just supplied'.

We had a pleasant stay in this very nice hotel located in the old town not far from the centre. The staff were very friendly and approachable, and very willingly gave us advice on things to do and places to go. The best praise we can give an apartment is to say that we would definitely stay here again the time we're in Trapani.

Uncomfortable kitchen, not equipped enough, lacking basics such as paper towels, cleaning cloth etc. In our room the acoustic isolation was bad, could hear the neiboughrs.
