Spacious apartment with a kitchen, good parking and friendly staff. We already stayed there twice, on our way from Spain to Germany, and we will definitely come again. It is a very convenient and cheap place to stay when passing through Avignon. In walking distance there is i.e. a big supermarket, 2 pizzerias and a coffee shop. We didn't take the breakfast as it is so easy to make your own breakfast in the kitchen in the apartment.

The place is a bit difficult to find, it is a retirement home in a development area. Check-in after 8pm costs 20 euro extra.

Great price. Great way to utilize an elder care facility. Plenty of free parking. Large grocery store 2 blocks away. Bus very convenient although we walked to the new and old town sites. Loved having a balcony.

It was warm without air conditioning, however with the balcony door open we had a nice breeze. The bed was comfortable but quite small for two people. Could use a few more pots and pans for cooking.

Clean spacious room, staff friendly and helpful. Large balcony. We had a late check in and the man on duty at the reception was very kind and guided us on the phone to find the place. It is actually an elders residence.

Bathroom had no ventilation, but, from what I know it is the case of most French buildings. The cleaning lady was a bit much at check out, screaming after us ot wash the dishes. Which we did, but for the price of the accommodation, they may excuse the clients and do it themselves.

I would say the only thing where they can improve is to add air-con otherwise it was just perfect. Great staff so friendly and helpful. It was really a great pleasure to stay there. Nice and clean as well as comfortable . 12 minutes from Avignon center. You have a nice mini fridge to keep some stuff in. Even a fan for summer days which was greatly appreciated.Also very well secured and so peaceful environment.

Very spacious with balcony and electric shutters. Well equipped kitchenette. Helpful friendly staff and residents. The appart hotel rooms are along side residents rooms in this elderly community building. Great initiative to create a mixed age living environment.

Be aware that the location is not within walking distance of any amenities so stop off at shops/ restaurant before arriving if you are getting there in the evening and don’t want to go out again.

Very spacious. Well equipped. Helpful and friendly staff. Important to be aware that this is not an hotel but a flat within a retirement complex therefore the usual hotel facilities are not available and visitors need to be largely automatous. Excellent for older visitors or those with mobility issues.

Difficult to locate. Lack of signs. Kitchen very basically equipped. No restaurant inho.

Friendly welcome, plenty of parking spaces right outside Spotlessly clean, spacious apartment with nice furnishings. Within easy walking distance to the supermarket We walked to Avignon and back, but the number 5 bus would have been an easy option, too

The kitchen has “two of each” for the basics but only dinner plates so we had to buy bowls to have breakfast cereal.

+ very clean modern spacious 1 bedroom appartement. You feel like in a small house. + wifi worked good + staff very friendly and helpfull + with roller shutter system you keep it cool from the sun (it was 35+ degree) + Its senior citizen centre so dont be surprised if you have contact with any of them

- location was more far from avignon than we expected - address seems not correct on google (june-2022) - no AC on hot days was really a miss

We spent two nights during our trip to Avignon. We were provided with detailed instructions to get to the hotel, parking was convenient. We stayed in one of the small studio apartments which was very spacious and well equipped. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

A minor detail but the bed size does not seem to be a standard one as my tall husband really struggled to fit.

Location for a few minutes from the heart of Avignon. A sizable room with refrigerator and kitchen. A visiting/TV space with sofa.. A very nice breakfast included

Though we were fine with it we did not realize that the property was also an assisted living facility where some rooms seemed reserved for travelers. We would still plan to go there again however. Many lovely people living there.
