I want to write a review because this place is great for me in terms of transport, in both directions and the center and my tasks were great. Clean, good staff, good price, availability of a mini-kitchen, air conditioning. It was quiet. Good shower.

These are just some suggestions to make things even better! We had booked a room with separate beds but were given one with a double bed — we had to change, but everything went smoothly. However, in the room we were given, there was no microwave, while another room did have one. It’s really convenient, and it would be ideal to have it in every room with a mini kitchen! Also, in the photos of my room there was a bathtub, but in the end, it was a shower. It wasn’t a big issue, but a bathtub is really nice — especially when that’s what you choose! The beds were good, but the pillows were not great. Wishing you success!

Wiktoria - the receptionist was very helpful, she answered all my queries and was super friendly! Previous receptionist Jessica was also kind and found information on the internet for me!

There was no socket close to my bedroom to charge my phone. The socket was too far and my cable was too short to use it while charging! Not great, hope that can be changed. Also I had additional bed in my room which I didn't ask for as I was booking it for single use. Also I wasn't aware of the fact that there was a building site on the side of the room I was in. That should be mentioned on the website!

Rooms were clean and quite big, included small kitchen with little fridge. There were some supermarkets, small grocery shop and good coffee stores nearby. Location was good, well connected and neighbourhood was easy to walk.

Parking lot was in a mall center nearby but on the top level without any roof (it is a payed parking lot reserved for the hotel). We were told that we had to pay for the day of parking but we couldn't leave our car the entire day on the last day.

The best feature of the stay was the remarkable breakfast. The room was spacious and had an ample number of amenities. The room was very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. One liter of bottled water was provided every day. Easy connection to the city center through a 5-minute walk.

The only complaint I can think of is the curtain. They were a bit short in width, allowing the sunlight to enter the room early in the morning. No other issues.

It’s in a great location to be able to walk into the city (10-15min)or walk further out to magnolia park for shopping (20min) the room Is clean and spacious, lovely bathroom and nice it has a kitchen. Staff are friendly, dinning room looks lovely though we never ate any breakfast there.

The worst sleep for both of us. The pillows are realy realy cheap and lumpy. The constant smell of bacon from 4am even with the windows closed! I love bacon but it wasn’t a pleasant smell. The fridge makes a lot of noise so could do with a decision between the spaces to stop that. There is no microwave in the kitchen- so it seems odd to provide everything else when there is no way to heat anything. I did manage to have cold salads though. They could realy do with updating the dinning room to be of all day use as we would have loved a chill out space to have a coffee in an evening.

The hotel is located approx. 100m from the tram stop, excellent accessibility to the city center - approx. 5 minutes by tram, approx. 20 minutes on foot. There is a grocery store right next to the hotel, open until late in the evening. There are other shops and cafes within walking distance. The hotel has its own parking lot, it is paid. You can also park in the street on the other side of the hotel, where it is free. The rooms are spacious, very well equipped - air conditioning, very comfortable bed, small kitchen (plates, cutlery, knife, cups, teapot, sink), spacious fridge. The room has enough storage space, a table, a chair. The room was very well soundproofed, nothing could be heard from other rooms. Great breakfast, great selection, all fresh and tasty. Nice staff. Long time for breakfast. But if you came later for breakfast, it might be a problem to find a free seat.

Only basic cleaning of the room = empty the dust bin The heating could not be turned down or turned off in our room. We had a problem with room access cards several times. We even had to change rooms because of it. There is neither a restaurant nor a bar. It would be nice if the hotel had at least a vending machine for drinks. There are no electrical outlets by the bed. Several times it happened to us that the water was not hot enough in the evening.

Old town is within walkable distance. Spacious room. Good breakfast.

False advertising that hotel has own parking space - you need to go to nearby shopping center parking on the other side of the street. Construction site in front of the hotel. Some details in the room planning not well-thought: WC door hits the armchair , window hits the false ceiling when being opened.

Friendly staff. You can leave your luggage and use a restroom if you have a late flight. The housekeeper cleans every day. it's a nice location close to supermarkets, bakeries and 20min walking distance from the city center.

The windows could not be open, there was a strange noise from the canals in the bathroom which was really loud

Quiet neighborhood, very comfortable bed, excellent shower. The public transportation is very convenient and you can easily get everywhere. Good price to quality ratio. Big fridge and amenities for a takeout

Nothing really. The sheets could be changed a bit more often and the towels weren't of perfect quality. No spare hangers.

The hotel was strategically located as it was next to a bus station that goes to the city center. The neighbourhood was safe and clean. My room was so spacious for 1 person. There was also a mini kitchen but no cooker but you can prepare light meals such as fresh salads and boil hot water. I was able to work online for 2 days as their Internet was stable and high speed! The staff were so friendly and smiling!
