The room was big, nicely decorated and had all amneties. Hotel is by the main square of Inca. The hotel representative gave us a beach umbrella for free for us to use for all our stay.

Unfortunately the room is poorly ventilated and the air conditioning was not helping. We opened the balcony door but a cockroach got in the room. We told reception and they thoroughly cleaned the room and put a trap. Hotel does not offer breakfast, it did not affect us as there are plenty of breakfast places in the vicinity.

Central location, easy to find, detailed guides for access and parking. Contactless entrance. Newly renovated apartments. Comfortable bed. Separate shower and toilet. Great water pressure, shower and hot water! Has a rooftop where you can have coffee but nothing too fancy. Has mini fridge.

Parking is a bit difficult since it’s in the center. Was a bit dusty. The terrace and windows needs some touch. Doesn’t have Air Conditioning, so it was a bit hot, but since it’s windy in Inca it’s ok if you sleep with open window.

The host was very nice and friendly. The Location is very nice and tastefully decorated. Access to the hotel was relatively easy. The recommendations for restaurants and pubs were a bonus.

The bathroom was poorly ventilated. The glass door of the bathroom and shower are very fancy but do not offer your privacy, when they are closed you can look inside through the edges We stayed on the first floor, and the sound insulation in the interior of the building is not so good. In the morning, when the bar is open or other guests enter the hotel late at night, you can hear almost everything.

Firstly the hotel was clean, comfortable, and easy to get to and check in. It's right in the middle of Inca, and less than 10 mins walk away from 10s of top rated restaurants (some as close as 3 mins walk). The underground and secure car park you have access to is a short 5 mins walk. Miguel was incredibly helpful and quick to respond.

Central location in Inca town on a small square. Small boutique hotel. Lovely clean well furnished bedrooms and bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Easy online check-in and secure key code entry.

We stayed in August to attend a wedding nearby and felt it was quite expensive at over £160 a night for a room without breakfast. Take a travel kettle and teabags if you like a brew in the morning!

Had a great stay here. Rooms are nice and big. Aircon was amazing. Food down stairs was really tasty. Staff were really helpful and nice.

I didn’t like the 24h reception process. Someone else got confused and ended up in my room which made me feel a bit unsafe. But once we realised their mistake it was all smooth from there.

The location was fantastic overlooking one of the main squares in Inca. The room was beautiful and very clean. The check in was very easy and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

There could have been water supplied in the room - we had to go out and buy some a little touch that was lacking. Also it is quite expensive for what it offers.

The owner Miguel is kind and very helpful, and he can be proud of his hotel. Our stay was amazing! The room was beautifully furnished with a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent, and we really appreciated the gluten-free options. The staff was friendly and always ready to accommodate our requests. The whole stay was a wonderful experience that we highly recommend, and we will gladly return.

We liked the size of the room, the design, the modern feel, the lift, the fridge in the room, walk in shower, light setup, sound proof windows, comfortable pillows, comfortable bed linnen, cleanliness, hairdryer, desk & chair, charging ports next to the bed, super kind and helpful staff The rooftop is really nice as well to have a moment to yourself Quiet hotel with respectful guests *We loved the pizza from “URBAN Pizza”, one of the best pizzas we’ve had!! *We loved the automated 24 hour shops “Pica & Pica 24H”, super handy in the evening (safe area in the evening to walk * Another automated shop is “Stop 24 Horas”, (feels less safe to walk in evening) *Try ensaimada with cream or traditional ensaimada in “Panord” or “Forn Sant Fransesc” *Parking; “Parking Plaza Mallorca” is a bit small when you’re traveling with a big car, best to leave your car in the area of this underground parking (where there are no blue parking lines) Super friendly Miguel and Niko and the young man that cleans the bedrooms ? What could be better? • No wheels under the the bed would be great, we would wake up in the morning and there would be a gap between us • A small kettle would be nice to have in the bedroom to make tea

What can I say about an excellent hotel. An extremely spacious room, well equipped and clean, location in the city center (Inca) Miguel is an excellent host who was always available for all our questions😊 During these 7 days we spent in Mallorca, we felt like at home
