First of all, it really exceeds my expectation. It was a small hotel but the standards is like at least 4 stars hotels. The room is spacious, even the bathroom also spacious and comfortable. the vibe is good. it has every necessity needed such as small fridge, cupboard, table and even have hair dryer. So everything is good for a small hotel located a bit far from the main town. Even so, there's a lot of restaurant, mini market around the hotel. It is also near the Kota Bharu Airport, just 10-15 minutes drive from the hotel.

I think if they have breakfast, or room service would be better. Also, they didn't clean up your room everyday. I stayed 3 days, and have to stay as i was like the first day. One more that could've been better is that the availability of the parking lot. Its so limited.

The room is clean and good but i think the hotel need a lift for upstairs room because it is very tired for costumer for bring their luggage to room and to downstairs..

Room was cozy and staff were very friendly. Lots of parking lots provided. Can get clean filtered drinking water in ground floor. Shoes cabinet provided and there're CCTV everywhere for security purpose.

The curtain in the room did not fully cover the window part, people from nearby neighbourhood might slightly see the mirror area in the room. Really not convenient for muslim women when using the mirror and table for getting ready, hotel authority need to fix this. Also, the table area did not have a power supply. So, anyone planning for a business trip need to bring own extension plug. Lastly, the room floor and bed was quite dusty. The bed was acceptable, only that the floor always kept making my feet dirty even after washing it.

The check in process is very simple and the staffs are very friendly too. The rooms were beyond my expectations for the price offered. Definitely a steal. I have stayed here for the 2nd time, and would not choose anywhere else to stay while I'm in KB, because the price is cheap for the rooms offered.

That there isn't any elevators in the hotel, and we had to take the stairs up to our rooms. This is actually fine, except when we stay for long periods and have a heavy and large suitcase. Also, there is very limited parking bays available, and they're very tiny slots. Also, certain rooms do not have a refrigerator in them.

1. The check in process was quick. Staff were helpful. 2. Location of the hotel was quite ok, considering to the place that we wanted to go. 3. The room was clean and new.

1. The room we booked was facing the road, hence the noise from cars and motorbikes was very prominent towards the evening. However later that night the noise subsided. 2. Bath liquid and shampoo were not sufficient for two persons. 3. Floor trap in the toilet were quite slow draining out. Perhaps something is stuck in it.

Clean room hotel, big room with 2 bed, strong water pressure ,air cond functioning very good, many parking in front and beside hotel, very good staff, tv working, sejadah ,towel and iron was provided, hotel near to shops like pantai timur mart and kfc , kfc across the street,hotel deposit rm50 only, we enjoyed our stay here as it worth the price😊

Hotel dont have lift, but it doesn’t matter since it was a budjet hotel with a cheap price , so we can’t expect everything was like a 5 star hotel. The hotel was hard to recognise during night because not many hotel building lamp open during night.Hotel in front of busy road and you can hear passing vehicles during the night. Since we was tired walking during the day, we slept well at night.

This is our second stay here. Choose different room than our first time. The room was clean, smells fresh and located away from the road. The room was much quieter. The bed and pillows are soft and very comfortable.

Nothing much. Only hope that the hotel can provide much bigger quantity of the liquid soap and shampoo. 2 small size tubes for 3 persons x twice shower per stay is insufficient.

When we first got there, the receptionist greeted us politely and being friendly with my 1 year old son. She was also very helpful in providing us all the necessities. This property located about few minutes from the airport, thus suitable for those catching up early flights. The room was clean and slippers provided in the bathroom (it is quite rare to see a hotel provides this). It also provided a praying mat and ironing board. I also love the design inside the room especially the 2 bed lights, which I would say given us a Moroccan vibe. The total cost for a night is also very affordable. There are also few stalls and restaurants nearby.

Bed size seems a bit small.

The toilet is a bit high.. maybe can spare the stair/chair for kid to use the toilet

The hotel is set in a three-storey shop lot. The reception was basic with a small reception counter but the staff was accommodating in helping us check-in. We booked last minute (after 8pm) for the stay because we had missed our flight back to KL and this facility was just 3+km from the airport. There are a few options for food near the place, a Malay-Kelantanese restaurant, a cafe, and KFC across the street. The room was spacious, ours with a Queen-size double bed. It was clean and comfy. There were 4 pieces of pillows on the bed, which was great. AC worked well. The bathroom was clean and had hot water. The room had a kettle with sachets of coffee and tea. Good value for money for the price they offer.

Our room did not have a window. It didn't bother me at all, in fact I like it, but some might want to consider this before booking.
