The food in the restaurant was wonderful, and enjoyed the dining room , adirondack decor, and historic pictures. We were upgraded to a room with a view of the lake and a king size bed. Sweet !

The only downer was the teeny tiny shower. It was hard to maneuver in it ,but we managed. And maybe a dish for the soap that was on the sink would be nice, no place to put it upon usage. Would like to see maybe full breakfast offered in the dining room or at least a continental .

Strategic location between Blue Mountain Lake and Long Lake (but very close to Long Lake), old-fashioned lodge downstairs but up-to-date rooms on the second floor with great mattresses. Beautiful porch above the lake, even when it's raining, but nice sunsets when it is not.

Just coffee, no breakfast. Dinner and bar was great! Lovely old lodge and authentic Adirondack experience.

Unfortunately no lift or elevator. Not a big problem, just wasn't anticipated. A bit chilly in the room.

A wonderful bar in the building that supports the dinner restaurant on premises. The food choices were varied, good and in line with dinner expectations rather than bar food. The lodge also offers a spacious living area with a covered porch looking down to Long Lake.

Window screens in the bedroom could use some patching.

Friendly staff and atmosphere. Beautiful view of long lake from back patio with plenty of Adirondack chairs to sit and have a cup of coffee in the morning. Felt more like a home.

Could hear the cars drive by the road, but those were few and far between at night.

Beautiful place!!! I loved the decor & the owners were super friendly. I also loved the history of the place. The food in the restaurant was delicious. Highly recommend!

The only thing I didn't live was that being an old place, it wasn't soundproof at all & you can hear everything going on around you.

The restaurant that is a part of the Lodge was excellent. Food was top notch by a true chef, not your run of the mill "fried and served in a basket".

If they had Kayaks/ canoes available to use or rent on the property instead of going into town for them.

Love the old ADK factor, the great room, modern amenities. Good food. Excellent coffee at the restaurant. Most comfortable bed I've ever slept in! Free coffee at desk in am.

Shower unit needs scrubbing. Cold side is hot and hot side is cold. Bathroom window could use better privacy from restaurant veiw.

The bed was extremely comfortable, the rooms were clean and orderly. It is an old Adirondak Lodge. Keeping that in mind it was very pleasant. The owner was Very accomodating. We would definitely return. The front porch as very comfortable and the view was great.

They could have had stronger coffee in the morning. Can't really complain because it was complimentary.

Loved the views and being right on the lake. We launched our sups on the lodge’s beach. Dinner in the lodge was excellent!
