The hotel is on the beach making it easy to retrieve beach chairs and umbrellas. Beach tags and parking tags are provided by the hotel. The room was smoke free, clean, extra towels, and had a kitchenette with table and chairs.,TV, and air conditioner. The hotel staff was friendly. I used Booking.com to reserve the room. There were no problems with billing or my information. The price was right for what you get.

Parking lot spaces are limited because they are shared with a restaurant attached to the hotel. Some spaces have two cars that restricts use of the car. The hotel does help by calling the owner of the blocking car which means waiting to use your car. The room next to ours had a dog who barked day and night. We should have complained to hotel personnel. The hotel should not accept guests with dogs that bark even when the owners are in the room with them.

Located on the beach. Very clean. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Nice view of beach. Indoor pool. This old building has great character! Big front porch to sit on and sun if you don't like the sand. Pet friendly. Kitchen area was great to have, with stove, fridge, dishwasher, sink. Well equipped for a short stay. Yes it is old, built in 1927 but it is clean and the location is magnificent!

Parking was a shit show with lascalas beach club sharing the spaces. There was no enforcement of handicapped spots nor the fire lane. The pool area needs a remodel. Rusty beams, layers of colored paint in the pool. Bathroom was pretty small. Beds need to be replaced. Sofa bed in living area sagged terribly in the center, very uncomfortable to sit on. Only about 4 inches between bottom corner of bed and dresser made for a tight squeeze to get to other side of bed. Carpet is horrible colors so it looks dirty but in our room it was clean, hallway carpet was a bit dirty.

Kei from the front desk was exceptional, I'd like to thank him for all his help, great personality, wonderful customer service, always smiling!!! House keeping was great also. Staff very friendly. Penthouse was gorgeous, everything you could ask for, will be returning!!!

No privacy curtains so little bright for morning, few little things wrong with room, but otherwise the room was everything you could ask for. Wifi did not work, girl @ front desk tried but could not get it so we did loose all our data.

The location was great. Beautiful and quiet. Right on the beach, with an ocean view. Yet still only a few minute drive from the hustle and bustle of Atlantic City.

Thats hard to answer...The staff was excellent. Checking in and out was a breeze. You could tell they really did care about your comfort during your stay. I was even given a free reusable, metal, water bottle with Legacy Resorts printed on it. For the price, cleanliness, and location, it was well worth the value. If I had to NOT like something... I suppose the room was a bit outdated and could do with an update, but it was very well-preserved for the buildings age.

Lack of parking.....very few... The restaurant customers are accommodating it. Hassle to go somewhere with your car cause when you come back there is no parking anymore.

Location is always a plus. It's perfect for our family as we have beach lovers and then those who don't love it so much. The location makes it easy to please everyone.

Our bed in room 507 was horrible. You could feel the spring "pop" when you would move. There was no support at all and by day 2 (we stayed 3) we were so ready to get back to our own. Honestly, we would of had to change rooms if we would have stayed any longer.

The staff was so kind and very accommodating! Exceptional!

Although an old historic hotel, the common areas showed more wear & tear and needed attention. There were a pile of dirty towels allowed to lay as you exited the elevator for over a day until we mentioned it. It should be made clear upon check in, that valet carts can be obtained through the Ground Floor on 15th st. after you check in at Front Desk on 14Th St. Also, the pool area was seedy.

The property was right on the beach. Staff was really friendly. The pool was a great temperature. There was an issue with the bathroom sink at check-in, and they got it fixed right away.

The couch in the suite sunk in a bit.

The location was perfect, and all staff were exceptionally helpful, welcoming, and kind. Proximity to local restaurants, including LaScala's Beach House on site was great. We liked the hotel's recycling program and the water bottle gift upon check-in, and the water cooler in the lobby was awesome, and we used it each day. The beach tags were appreciated, and they let us use them our last day after checkout. Thank you!

The room Telephone was taped together with duct tape. The lobby restrooms could have been checked more frequently throughout the day each day. There was no soap or toilet paper our last day.

Came here with my mother and boyfriend. Excellent location smack dab on a gorgeous beach. There are differences in the rooms because ours was really nice and my mother was fine but just not as nice. Staff was really professional, fast and kind. Mabel at the front desk, the female night time security guard and the other gentleman who worked at night were so helpful and friendly. We already booked again!
