We have stayed here several weeks now and significant changes and improvements have been made and are still underway. The housekeeping staff.is excellent.(Only 2) ( Nikki is awesome as always! ) And Bobbie is great and helpful as well. The parking area and grounds look much better, and the maintenance work going on is evident and very visible. The entire staff is friendly, respectful, helpful and very professional. This is our last week here and I commend everyone who contributed to our stay being more enjoyable in every way. Thank you so much. Rene' and Donnie Foland And Lily too!

The outrageous pet fee. $20.00 a day per one pet for us has been very expensive. Close to $600.00...and up. I researched other hotels who only have a one time fee that never exceeds $125.00. Including Wyndham hotels.

The person that checked us in was very friendly and nice. The shower actually had good water pressure. The room itself was a decent sized room and clean. The restaurant that is connected to it has very good food.

It could use some better lighting and the chair for the desk in the room was broken and my s/o almost hurt theirself bad because we didn't know it was broke.

The breakfast was ok … but, lacked meat and eggs. Actually, that was fine, because the breakfast at the attached restaurant was excellent and priced very well. Even if you chose the restaurant for breakfast and added in the room rate, you still came out ahead of the other local hotels. The room was comfortable and quiet. We were very happy with our stay !

We love the cleanliness of the property for the cost. It's a decent breakfast to start your day. There's a restaurant connected by a interior corridor for dinner. If you have down time, there is a game room

Our request wasn't met. More snacks such as candy bars and lil Debbie's cakes could be offered. I love that you have milk and Starbucks

Great, caring staff. Gas station with a small mini mart adjacent. 5 minutes from the main strip in town with chain restaurants and a very good Asian buffet. Also, pet friendly. TV quality excellent and Internet 70 to 80 mbps up and down as I recall.

Junk yard next door, visable from the 2nd floor, but close the curtain if it bothers you.

Hot shower, healthy breakfast choices, quiet so I could work the mornings in my room and attend online meetings. Cleaning staff was very friendly.

The person in the next room took 15 minutes to turn off the beeping alarm. Not the fault of hotel.

Clean and nice room, quiet, shower had good temperature. Really enjoyed the location and the town of Greenville as well

Strange odor when walking in the side door to get to rooms, but it doesn't continue into your room. The fan in my bathroom was broken and ran very loud. Those are both just relatively minor things.

We had stayed there before when it was the Greenville Inn. The new owners have remodeled the place and made it an ideal place to stay.

There was nothing to dislike everything was excellent.

Breakfast was Ok. Had sausage biscuits but were a little fatty. Water in shower was hot.

Not a lot of choices for breakfast, But we got by. Had we not booked ahead of time, we would have driven by and gone to one of the other motels even though they were farther away. Water pressure in shower was very low

The breakfast was the part that needs improved. Biscuit and gravy would be much better than what was offered.
