Amazing location - it’s a really very beautiful place! Hotel is very nice, with a super lovely area, nice swimming pools, good spa facilities. We had some massages and treatments, which were good. Good breakfast and dinner with a variety of options. Our dog really enjoyed it too, especially her walks at the hilly hotel area.

Service is not great: our taxi which we ordered via hotel transfer service didn’t arrive (even though we paid for it in advance). The staff didn’t even apologise for that - just said the taxi company made a mistake and thought it was for a different time. No acknowledgment of our inconvenience whatsoever or offering to return the money either. We booked it in advance for piece of mind but at the end had more stress and lost more time as we waited for the taxi first in the heat and then had to find another one. Booking cleaning for a certain time of the day (which you have to do with a dog) didn’t quite work either: they only managed to do it on time a couple of times in 8 days. Overall we still enjoyed the stay but the that doesn’t leave a nice impression of a really nice hotel

The swimming pool was not so clean

room was good, location was great. Good A/C functional room, good shower. Good breakfast, lovely setting. loved the Dali Lounge, but it didn't seem to have much of a purpose. Pool was lovely. sun loungers were plentiful and ok. Pool towels were large and fluffy

the corridor was a bit dark and dingy (not sure the fire doors were up to date) they were obviously updating the place and hadn't got round to our part of the hotel yet. WiFi was not very good, it kept dropping in and out and very limited by the pool Jacuzzi was cold and needed some work on it. Not sure why we had to wear swimming hat in spa but not in the main pool!! my son has more hair on his body than i do on my head! Couldn't get a snack lunch by the pool, could have done with a toasted sandwich. had to have it in the restaurant, which was over £100 for the family

Staff were absolutely wonderful and has an amazing location on the cliff tops overlooking the sea. Went for a swim in the ocean every day.

The fitness facilities are atrocious. They could at least put some weights or just a couple of bars in there. The one piece of weight equipment was broken. Wifi is really bad and frustrating. Just dropped out constantly. They need to install more antennas and for some reason the network names were slightly different so my phone had to reconnect when I moved around the hotel.

The location is lovely, the rooms spacious and comfortable. Our view of the ocean and cliffs was wonderful. The town had everything we needed and some really good restaurants. The beach in town is perfect.

The hotel is not great for kids. No inflatables or balls allowed in pool. We saw this enforced with a young girl who was playing in a half empty pool with a innocent looking inflatable. The access to the ocean is not convenient and most days the waves were slamming into the rocks so most kids would not have gotten in comfortably. There is very limited parking. Expect to park some distance away.

We reserved a 4 persons family room with sea view that appeared to be a small apartment (named Mistral) separated from the main hotel. This exceeded our expectations. The apartment was located near the hotel beach en swimming pool and other facilities such as gym, spa en bar and indeed had a magnificent view. It has its own terrace with furniture for sitting and sunbading. Breakfast was great with lot's of choices. Nice to have a bar serving snacks next to the pool (with very reasonable prices).

Just as an advise: the apartment should be indicated as private area. Quite often, we had curious people entering it. Parking facilities were rather poor. Although the hotel offers parking space (for 16 EU a day) most hotel visitors struggled to find a spot in the small streets surrounding the hotel

We had a great stay at Eden Roc, we came out of season, so it was very quiet and relaxing. As other reviews say, the style of the rooms is a bit dated, but they are very clean and well-maintained, so this didn't bother me and the views from the sea rooms are lovely. I also noticed some negative reviews about the staff being rude, this was not our experience at all, the staff were very friendly and attentive, especially the staff in the restaurant. The spa was also very nice. I thought the hotel was very reasonably priced but that may be because we went in January.

The breakfast was good, not amazing but not bad at all.

Our stay at Eden Roc Hotels was truly wonderful. The location is absolutely perfect, offering a relaxing atmosphere. The views from our room were breathtaking, making every morning feel special. The food was excellent, with a great variety of delicious options. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, ensuring that we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our visit.

The only downside was the parking situation. The property only offers outdoor parking, which is shared with others, making it sometimes challenging to find a spot.

From the minute i arrived until the minute i checked out , the whole experience was amazing. Staff were so friendly and so helpful. The room was one of the nicest i have ever stayed in, and the views are spectacular. I can honestly say that there is nothing i would change about the wonderful experience. It's so calming and the perfect place to rest and rejuvenate.

I loved everything. The food was a bit bland, much the same as most other hotels.

Fabulous location with a short walk to the main town if required. The rooms were a good size with comfortable beds and pillows. There’s also great walking tracks if you’re feeling energetic. The property has beach access but I recommend bringing rock shoes as it can be slippery and sharp getting in. The pools are great and if you have children they will love it. One of our group had the door jam when a jacket sleeve was caught in it. The housekeeper was so lovely and helpful trying to open it. I wish I asked her name. She was super efficient in calling maintenance and the problem was rectified promptly.

I have just two detrimental comments; one regarding the food left in the pool area. When we arrived there was leftover plates and glasses, some containing leftover food, which was being attacked by pigeons. It was very off putting. It took a long time for staff to collect it even though two staff walked past delivering drinks and food multiple times but ignored it. I work in hospitality and teach my staff to never leave an area empty handed. Secondly; We had the buffet dinner but found the staff very pushy even though it was quiet. One plate was cleared away before it was finished. Guests are there to relax so please give us some time.
