Location close to where our friends live. Comfortable bed. Temperature good (might be warm for some but can be adjusted on thermostat). Bath with flexible options for showering. Room size good. Fair choice for breakfast (which was extra). Drinks machine for coffee etc available at breakfast location during the day.

No tea or coffee facilities in the room. No fridge / mini bar. When we checked in we were directed (with our luggage) to a second building and to the wrong floor.... No room service or lunch/ supper option in the hotel.

Nice clean hotel and room. The staff were friendly. We enjoyed the back yard area of the hotel at the end of each day. We didn't go for the breakfast option but did like the morning coffee. It is a 30 min walk from the train station but all flat.

The friendliness of the staff, the state of the room and the hotel alltogether and the cleanliness.

Nothing really, met all expectations

Breakfast was a good selection and in keeping with any other good hotel. The location is ideal as you can get to the shops and restaurants by foot in a short walk. The offraod parking at the rear of hotel was ideal for our motorcycles as well.

Liked everything, especially the helpful staff who were very helpful.

I liked the room itself, the twin beds were very comfortable, the breakfast varied and tasty, the breakfast room light and cheery. The staff was patient, kind and helpful. It being a Monday, we ate in the hotel, which was so much better than trying to find a place to eat in the town itself on a Monday night.

The shower in a bath, the bath being very slippery, we decided to forego a wash in the morning. And we could have done without a tv talking away in the background right through dinner and breakfast. Also, we didn't know that we could adjust the central heat ourselves, so we were far too hot for a good sleep. In the morning we realised our mistake and saw that the heat had been on 22 degrees C, far too warm. However, that was our own mistake so don't hold that against the hotel. But there might be some explanation of this in the room.
