It’s a small hotel, but it really stands out thanks to its friendly and helpful staff who made us feel welcome right from the start. Our room was spacious, with a modern design, great amenities, and a very comfortable bed — perfect after a long day of sightseeing. The bathroom was large, clean, and featuring a generous walk-in shower. A real bonus was the rooftop area, which includes a small pool and a few sun loungers — a rare and relaxing touch for a hotel of this size. The location is another major plus. It’s just a short walk from Jamsil Station (Lines 2 and 8), and within easy reach of the Lotte malls, Lotte Tower, and Lotte World Adventure. Whether you're into shopping, sightseeing, or entertainment, everything is close by. All in all, Jamsil Orosie Tourist Hotel offers great comfort, service, and value in a convenient location — we’d definitely stay here again!

Looks like a new building, rooms are finished nicely and facilities are new/clean. Huge TV and comfortable beds. Well located next to restaurants and bars. Easy walk to Lotte adventure world. Perfect for our 2 night stay.

It feels a little cramped if your a large/tall person. Our bathroom did not have a shower screen and water tends to go everywhere, but the 2 rooms next to us had them, just Different room configuration. Not a deal breaker

I loved the stuff at the hotel, it was nice that I could communicate in English. Also the cleanliness of the hotel and room was way above mt expectations for this price. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to have a luxurious stay for good money.

The only thing that could be worked on is the breakfast.

It's big size Wifi connecting TV inside, good location, there's a CVS at the corner when you walk out. Very Kind staff in the front desk can help you the matter.

separate shower is not so good because when you showering , water flow goes to toilet side. Not convenient

All was excellent, though the space was a little bit small and there is no wardrobe in the room, except for steamer. The location is excellent.

Remote location but near a metro station. Very quiet place. There is a really good restaurant just on the other part of the street.

Breakfast is really poor. better to go to any coffee shop in the area.

Too pricey for one night

In general, the hotel was pretty good. Overall, I would rate it 7.5/10. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. Overall, the hotel represents good value for money and honestly, I would stay again.

There were a few minor gripes I had, such as having to ask for toilet paper every time I ran out rather than the staff ensuring there was a spare when they serviced the rooms. Also, my first night sleep was very poor due to the insanely illuminated exit light on the inside of the front door. I have no idea how anyone is supposed to sleep with what was essentially the ultimate night light. The following day I was able to communicate with the staff using my translator app and they promptly removed the bulb.
