Great location for at quick stopover when driving south/north between scandinavia and France. Comfortable bed and excellent breakfast with everything you could possibly want. Free and easy parking. Perferct for our needs for a good nights sleep and quickly back on A7 in the morning.

If to mention one (unimportant when staying 1 night) is that in Germany you may get 32 channels on the TV, but only 3 offers anything in English - “news” on CNN an two BBC channels with quiz-shows and similar. You can forget watching any movies og series as everything is dubbed in German i.o. original language with subtitles in german. But as said, not important for one night.

The hotel is located in a quiet area. We stayed just one night on the way to the Netherlands and thought we needed a clean and comfortable place to stay on the go. What we got was far beyond! And for a very friendly price. Everythingwas fantastic. I love beautiful designs, and the hotel lobby is exceptionally pleasant. The rooms are spacious and clean, the spa is very good with various saunas - just perfect. The breakfast was one of the best I've had, including the variety of vegan dishes. The restaurant at the lobby is also tasty and nice to be in. Very good hotel imho - would spend more time there

The room was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and spoke both German and English. The spa was open until 10 but we unfortunately arrived too late to explore. However, all the facilities appeared clean and well-kept. The bed had end-tables with outlets and USB charge ports on both sides, the room was up-to-date, modern, and comfortable. The shower was large with plenty of hot water. Overall, a really great experience and we will definitely stay again with enough time to explore the sauna/spa.

There are not really any good gluten-free options at the Orangerie, so we did not bother to check out breakfast. The breakfast was a little expensive. We did hear a family in the hallway late at night, so the rooms are not quite sound-proof, but in general the hotel was quiet.

The Spa area is always a highlight and we made good use of it. The breakfast selection is excellent with the omelette station adding great value.

On the first morning, the omelette station was staffed be THE most grumpy and mechanical cook I have seen in all these years. No rudeness per se, but the food was prepared utterly without joy. The upscale dinner menu was reduced to a more standard selection on the evening we went there, because most of the kitchen staff were pulled off to a wedding somewhere - I was looking forward to some finer dining. Will try again next time.

Nice location, easy for the autobahn. The room was spacious and comfortable and coffee making facilities were provided. Really nice welcome for the children too.

The room was so hot and very hard to cool down as the aircon was not effective at all. Charging for parking seems u reasonable and it was impossible to charge our electric car without paying an extortionate amount of money.

Location was excellent for our needs. On-site facilities were also quite excellent. The restaurant (Orangerie) was very good value with a nice menu. The bar was good and served a range of drinks, beers, spirits and cocktails. The breakfast choice was really quite extensive and good quality. The robot room service was fun to use and not over priced.

Minor really, but 200ml coke bottles are not my first choice. The bath did not have an anti slip mat which would be of benefit, especially to young children or the infirm.

We stayed here 2016 and remember it to be a very nice place. It still is! The staff are all so nice and helpful. The room nicely decorated and clean. The bathroom spacious with everything you need. Really good beds with soft sheets. The hotel is spacious and lovely decorated. We had burgers Waguy! Wow! Crispy potatoes and a lovely salad. A redwine Barolo that fitted perfectly. The waiter was attentive and also gave the dogs water. Also so nice to be able to bring them when we eat.

It was a bit long to go out with the dogs, haha! It is a BIG hotel. I would love a “waterboiler” to have a cup of tea/coffee.

I felt just fine during my entire stay, everything was OK, very good breakfasts - many choises, the hotel was on the outskirts of town, very quiet. Invoice by email within an hour, all good.

flat pillow, theoretically I had two and I could probably ask for a change but... you have to complain about something

Best sauna and wellness area, a wide variety of saunas and excellent staff for Aufguss, respect for this amazing work. Excellent yoga sessions and teacher, thank you! Relaxing room with table and wifi for good working sessions. The fridge in the room is unplugged to save energy > you must ask the staff to turn it on if you need it.

It was very clean and convenient, and had everything we needed.

The indoor bar and outdoor bar and restaurant was closed on a Monday. It should be open every day, as we were on holiday and this was our time to enjoy these things. Also - everything was in German, and we heard a lot of English speaking people, so maybe you need to put more in English.
