The room is good for students. Very simple. Upon entering the room, you are greeted with a strong fabric softener scent. The bed is clean, the sink near the bed is okay. The door of the toilet is broken but at least, there is hot shower. You will be asked for a 1,000-peso cash deposit that is refundable upon checkout. If you ask for hot water, that is worth 20pesos. Bring your own slippers, soap, toiletries. There is one table and one chair inside the room.

If you have a good budget, please find other accommodations in the area. If you are staying one night only, it's okay.

This is our second booking at this property. We like the room because it is clean, and most importantly, it is free of cockroaches. It fits our budget and offers good quality accommodation.

This time, we were given a room on the 4th floor. Having a toddler and no elevator made it difficult to go up and down, especially when going out, coming back to our room, buying food outside or receiving food deliveries.

The property is easy to locate and is near to many food establishments, convenience stores, pharmacy, offices, etc. We didn’t have a hard time looking around to buy our essentials and finding food to eat especially during breakfast time. On our second day, we opted to order breakfast at the condotel and it was delivered right in our room. Good value for money especially the bunk beds when you’re traveling in a group. We were 8 in total (6 adults, 2 kids ) and only stayed during the night so the place is definitely okay for travelers. Staff are courteous and kind. Will definitely book again when we go back to MNL.

Firstly cheaper price. Hotel very near to Taft Ave main road. Walking distance 5 minutes to Taft Ave or Pedro street. Easy to get jeepney to town Near to Manila Bay Beach around 20 mins walking distance. About the room, little bit small room with 1DB n 1BB.it's clean, aircond and water heater working, t.v and wardrobe. Customer service was good. My room at ground floor Infront of street road. Overall nice stay. For Muslim can buy food at Muslim restaurant around 1.5km (g/map) or Quiapo town.

No toilettes items. No kettle. Only provide when you asked at reception for hot water. No fridge n iron board. Limited room space. A little bit noise n disturb when people are talking outside especially at midnight.

The hotel is near convenience stores and restaurants. It is also very accessible to the places we visited. I requested for a lower floor upon booking since there is no elevator and I have 2 companions who are senior citizens and my request was granted hassle-free. I also commend Sir Daniel. He was the receptionist throughout our stay and he was very kind and soft spoken. He accommodated all our questions and requests. The fact that the rates of the rooms are affordable, it exceeded my expectations. In totality, we have enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend the place.

Overall it was a great value for money,probably the slight problem 4 me was the parking but overall it was a great stay ill totally recommend it to anyone especially if your a group of people like families or friends wanted to stay for a night or couple of days in Manila and you wanted a cheaper but comfortable and clean place to stay then this is the hotel your looking for 😊🙏ill definitely comeback again if i wanna stay in Manila as im from the province😊 And Jonathan (the male receptionist,was very kind and helpful)thank you

Probably the slight problem for us was parking thats it only but its manageable as we found somewhere to park then receptionists give us a call early in the morning after one car left and checked out so totally ok😊🙏

It is clean, accessible (papasok lang ng very slite sa may eskinita, kasya din ang car). Approachable staffs. Very reasonable price.

Some of the aircon was not functioning well. Mirror has cracked, pillow cases and duvet may mga tastas, window has loss screws and it can't closed well. Tv has no remote control and has only 1 channel.

The place is conveniently located in the heart of Manila where everything is within your reach. 7 11 store is just 2 minutes walk from the Condotel. Fast food delivery and transportation services via Grab is just a phone away. Landmarks like Manila US Embassy, Luneta Park and Mall of Asia are few minutes away as well. Staff especially Daniel of the front desk has superb approach and attitude on customer relations. We stayed in this Condotel for a total of 5 times this year and this is a pocket friendly place with responsible workforce. Thank you Oyo 152 located at 1820 San Pedro St. Malate, Manila.

Staff are all very nice and welcoming. every time we need something, we always get it right away. The staff was very accommodating with everything even with tips on where to go and places to visit.

The room was clean and lovely, and the location is very central. there are a lot of nice places nearby that you can visit like Ermita, Intramuros and Chinatown. staff was also friendly.
