Location was impeccable being next to the key Kanayama Transport Hub. The Meitetsu line offered direct access to the Airport besides subway/JR trains. There were ample dining and shopping options in the immediate vicinity. The room was of good size and the layout was good. The staff were generally helpful.

The property was somewhat dated but well maintained. We had arrived at 1 pm and completed the paperwork. Check in was 3 pm. We informed staff that we would have lunch at the hotel. When we finally checked in, we were given a slip which entitled hotel guests to a 20% F&B discount. It was sad that we were unable to get the discount for lunch. The buffet spread at the Garden Court and the Coffee House were mediocre at best. However, the Chinese restaurant offered good dishes.

The location is superb, just next to the Kanayama Train Station 🚉. There are many eateries nearby, very convinent for dinners. And it only takes about half an hour to get to the airport.

The room was not big enough to accommodate 3 persons. Air conditioning became warmer after mid night.

Location is very good. Subway, JR lines and Meitetsu lines are just a few mins walk, very convenient to go anywhere and airport. Many restaurants nearby. Rooms are very comfortable. Unique feature of pillow therapy for our comfort sleep.

Room was plenty spacious and upper floors have great views of nagoya. In a convenient location very near a useful station. Lots of shops and places to get something to eat in the surrounding area. Also close enough to inexpensively catch a cab to more popular areas of the city.

Could use an updating for some of the amenities. Updated hotels now have TVs that you can connect you Netflix account to, this one does not.

The hotel is right near the Kanayama station which is great, though in hindsight, I think we should have stayed near Nagoya station. The hotel is lovely and when my spouse developed a sudden tooth ache they were able to help him find a dentist later that day. Really exceptional and kind service.

We were able to get adjacent rooms which was WONDERFUL but I wish we had a connector door. It's a small thing, and otherwise the stay was perfect.

The room is clean with essential facilities. The room temp is will adjusted. Adequate charging facilities.

I am misled by the picture and the room is smaller than expected. I have to get on the bed from the end.

I was very surprised at the lack of quality vegetarian food available both in room service and at the sky bar/restaurant. I greatly appreciate the fact that the staff could accomodate when i asked, but the fact that the food wasnt available in general was quite surprising.

excellent location, next to the train station, great views looking out from hotel, excellent dining experience, very friendly staff, very helpful to our needs.
