The hotel was clean. The rooms were clean and comfortable. When I asked for extra towels and pillows it was done immediately which I appreciate. The food was great and I liked the variety of choices. I love the fact that the pool was open early and closed late to give families time to enjoy it at their leisure. I felt relaxed and comfortable during my visit.

The pool room/ area could have been kept cleaner/monitored better. Every time we were in there there were less and less dry clean towels for us to use. Plus the towels were so small my 30 lb granddaughter couldn't even wrap it around her.

The hotel seemed clean overall and similar to what was depicted. The breakfast had nice options to choose from, and the airport shuttle was a selling point for me. Given that it was close to the airport, the plane and traffic noise was minimal.

The hotel room doors slam shut behind you. That can mean an unexpected early morning/late night disturbance in sleep depending on how many people are in and out of their rooms. I used the fitness room (the bike). While I understand that a motion light can be helpful to save energy, it didn't reach the area where the bike was, so I spent about half of my workout in the dark.

This property was so nice for the price. It has an updated modern style. We stayed 3 nights in early June, 2024. Their breakfast includes hot foods such as biscuits/gravy, sausage and scrambled eggs. Which for the price I thought was great that it included some hot foods. We stayed in room 318, which was a king suite. Our room had a pull out couch, small refrigerator and microwave, which was exactly everything one could need.

Our bed was a bit harder than we prefer to sleep in. The bedding and pillows were super comfy though.

Super convenient to the airport and great breakfast.

There always seemed to be people hanging out and lingering in the parking lot. The parking lot felt a bit seperate from the hotel being in the back. If I were a single female, I would not want to stay there. There is also a sign in the lobby that says that locals have to pay a $200 cash deposit which means that they definitely have problems with locals using the hotel inappropriately in some way. That didn’t make me feel better about it

The staff was amazing. The breakfast was great! I was able to get picked up from the shuttle to and from the airport for free. It was near ALOT of restaurants.

The only thing that wasn’t normal was the light in the bathroom was flickering when we turned it on be my boyfriend and I started joking that we were getting exorcised. It was a hilarious joke for our 7 day stay. Never got old 🤣🤣. Besides that they were amazing. Especially Kay she was amazing help with check in!

Location location location. It is close to the airport. There is a shuttle to and from airport. It’s an enterprise rental car location close by and Starbucks and several other restaurants in walking distance or short drive. It’s really convenient and my room was nice.

I didn't like that there were employees noking ones and opening the door while we were sleeping, and then closing the door without saying anything. I did tell the front desk, but it happened 3 times while we were there.

It was a last minute reservation. The shuttle arrived in less than 10minutes, check-in was rapid and seamless and the room was spotless. Breakfast was good and the staff was helpful when I needed to return to the airport to rent a car.

Although the receptionist helped with my luggage this was not part of her job. In busier times I would need to make 2 trips to get my luggage from the entry to my room

This was the first best western I’ve ever stayed at that was as clean as this was, the room, bathroom everything was exceptionally clean, the hallways, the breakfast area ect. Very very impressed

Breakfast was awesome. Cooked fresh omelet. The cook even come out to my table and asked if I enjoyed my meal. Nice clean rooms. I have no complaints about my stay. I will stay here when I come back to visit. Staff was great.

Everything was great. No complaints.
