Unbeatable location for a quick stop next to a convenient train station. Very clean, no nonsense rooms (on the smaller side but, again, for a short stay no problem). Excellent deal with the Denny’s in the same building with breakfast tickets. Staff were very friendly.

The bathroom seemed to have some minor issues that I imagine affected more than just our room. For one thing, the toilet made a loud repetitive clanking sound when flushing. But more importantly, our tub had an extremely slow drain which meant water accumulated quite high during a 5-10 minute shower, and there didn’t seem to be a way to adjust that. It could have been a clog in the drain, but it was difficult to tell for sure. No major issues at all and would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay.

The location is very easy to access. 2 minutes from station and a lot of restaurants and Don Quijote around. The room was not too big, but clean and the bathroom was quite big. Staffs were nice too.

I hope the room is a little bit bigger since it is not so cheap.

Location was good. Train stations, taxi, bus stations right there! Shopping and restaurants all right there. Rooms were clean, staff very friendly. Used technology to communicate, as we didn't speak much Japanese.

The room was great and the bathroom was spacious. The staff were nice and friendly.

All the toiletries were wrapped in plastic despite plastic being very harmful to the environment and the light bulbs were not LED and, therefore, not environmental either and got very hot. Denny's breakfast menu was limited which meant staying longer than two nights became a bit monotonous.

Sparkling clean, attention to things travelers like, having breakfast downstairs, easy access to Japanese transportation, good shopping.

This has beeen my go-to for years as I traveled for work in Futako-Tamagawa. This leisure visit brought me back and it did not disappoint with very polite and comprehesive service.

It can get a bit loud with announcements from the JR and metro stations next door.
