Location is excellent. There are 2-3 metro stations within walking distance from the hotel. The room is spacious and equipped with everything I need. Breakfast has a wide range of choices of western and Chinese cuisine. What I like most is the swimming pool which is beautiful and has warm running water. Most commendable is that it opens til 11pm. Other hotels do not usually have the pool open til so late.

The TV sound volume remained to be very low and could not be adjusted

1) Room is nice and smells clean; enough drinking water. 2) Location is very convenient, walking distances to malls and the underground shopping area 3) Breakfast is good but can be better; can improve on some dishes; soya bean milk can be thicker or more concentrated & hot. 4) Staff is very helpful especially the front desk (eg Ellie Zeng & David)and concierge, both are very key areas. We are also impressed by our housekeeper, very helpful and efficient !

The location is convenient, with a walking distant to 2 metro station (APM line and Line 1). There are lots of local restaurants in the basement of the Grandview mall. The room is spacious and clean. Beds are super comfy. Staff are helpful and friendly. There is a good variety of Asian and international breakfast buffet including dim sum , noodle station, and vegan selection. Overall our stay is comfy as one can expected from the Marriott.

staff service is very good- concierge, restaurant, room service etc …. choice of breakfast varieties is good but certain food taste is not as good as Novotel, Shanghai n Mercure Hangzhou

Improve on the food tastiness. Overall China food taste are very good for all the restaurants i had taken at Shanghai, Hangzhou n Guangzhou, be it the Michelin Star one or those restaurants at 正佳 shopping malls.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel’s location is excellent, with stunning views of Parc Central Mall from our room. The buffet breakfast was impressive too. The complimentary shuttle to the Canton Fair was a thoughtful touch, making our visit even more convenient.

Everything was great, though we did miss having a bidet in the toilet for added comfort.

Location is perfect for shopping as the property is adjacent to wonderful malls with all shopping experience needs. I found a shop that sells musical instruments and bough one for my son. the resteurants are plenty. Room was excellent for work and rest has a nice work station. Breakfast had lots of options, I loved it. Dinner too was amazing in the hotel.

it was clean.the housekeeping did a fabulous job in our rooms we had ground staff was attentive to our needs and was helpful including the conceige Samual.

nothing to complain except the room bulb lights was spoilt and they said they will change but until the last day I stayed , no-one came.

It was a wonderful experience. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, with all the amenities you would expect from a Marriott property. The bed was particularly cozy, providing a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city.

The absence of a smart TV in the room. In this digital age, having the ability to stream content directly from personal devices or access popular streaming platforms would have been a convenient addition. While the standard TV provided a decent range of channels, the inclusion of a smart TV would have added a more personalized touch to the in-room entertainment options.

Room is clean and spacious, robe is great for going to the pool for a swim. Convenient location with shopping right next door. Great breakfast.

Extensive use of marbles floors is slippery when wet. Even the swimming pool has marble floors, although rubber mats are placed on the floor in the pool area, the uncovered areas are still very slippery. Shower stall leaks a little at the corner. But then I haven't seem a shower stall in a hotel that doesn't leak yet. Very common issue even with a great hotel. There is a short stair case that leads to the parking, the stair case is quite narrow and half if it has a wooden ramp. The ramp is quite steep, it is more difficult to pull the luggage up the ramp than lifting up the stairs.

Best located at Tianhe, walking distance to shopping mall and restaurants. I was upgraded to a larger premier suite room, it is clean and comfortable. We can enjoy our supper and drink inside the room. and the premier lounge is great, staff are friendly and helpful.. breakfast is good.
