The smell of weed in the hallway

All the things were good staff and accommodations

Pest like small roaches crawling in the room

i loved the staff! they were kind and patient with us. the pricing was great, and i feel like the quality of the hotel was great.

our bathroom wasn't the cleanest, and the hotel had an odd smell at times... but other than that nothing that the hotel had control over, simple things like location wad a little away from what i was used to so at first i was a little frightened and some of the other guests were a little loud and saying interesting things...

Every aspect of our visit was very good. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was ready on time and met our needs.

We found nothing to improve upon. The staff at checkin were very friendly and efficient, Obi was awesome getting us checked in and giving us directions to various places for eating.

We were staying on the 3rd floor and the plumbing was froze so we had to be moved to 1st floor. That room had to replace frig and had only a few outlets for breathing machine. I gave this rating because of the gentleman at the desk who jumped on getting us situated and took care of everything quickly! Would definitely a try again

The rooms were clean and comfortable!

We didn’t care for the price for a one night stay, the location, or the lack of breakfast options. They literally only offered cereal, white bread, and waffles and the milk was in large gallons for everyone to use which I felt was disgusting.

In past stays at Microtel there were fruits on display for guests. Didn’t see fruit during this visit. I asked if there were razors available because I left razors at home? The staff answered me by saying the customers usually bring their own razors.

Cleanliness of room. Staff was friendly.

Mirror all the way across one wall. Too much lighting and not user friendly. I would have liked night stand lighting by bed instead of all the way across the ceiling over the beds.

Room over all was very clean! Nice beds and it didnt look out of date. Very friendly staff! Bathroom was SPOTLESS!

The ONLY complaint i have was the couch bed in the Queen suite was ripped up, dirty, and just not sleepable. So the child had to sleep on the couch itself.

There is nothing not to like, If i visit in the near future I would be more than happy to stay at this Hotel.
