very nice environment。quiet room. Modern keys. But WiFi went down next day.

Desk asked for unnecessary information a couple of times: said they needed our bank details and addresses and later IDs. In the former case, I pointed out that no other hotel or guesthouse had requested these and we had paid all through the booking agency. In the second case, we don’t have national ID in the UK, and they already had our passport scanned.

Good breakfast, helpful staff, a clean room. Everything was smelling good.

Too much noise in the early morning, weak wifi signal, automation failured while reopening the gate during leave, breakfast time ends at 9:30 (there was no info about it), entrance is quite risky.

clean room with a shared balcony, back garden full of olive trees. location right off the main road. Breakfast was excellent.

3rd bed was not as comfortable afternoon Gardner taking care of garden making some noise noise proofing from other rooms can be better.

Clean, nice breakfast with scrambled eggs, and traditionel italian morning cakes. Nice staff. Cold water for free in the hallway. Nice garden with a fish pond

The location is a bit hard to find. Wouldn’t have managed without Siri. Nothing to see out there, you have to have a car

I liked this property for its location in the middle of olive trees and nature.

The air condition was already set for the cold weather and this affected my sleep as it was still warm outside and I could not set it on cold air.

Nice large space with good sized rooms and back patios. It was quiet too.

I didn’t like the breakfast. Too many sweets, and too much packaged foods. I prefer fresh healthy options including eggs, fruits, cereals, nuts, etc.

House sorrounded by trees. Nice room, clean. Big private parking. Big terrace. Close to airport and Bari.

Location just by the crossroad of highways, but still OK for one night (I used it because of early flight).

Excellent service, very friendly great communication. Room was nice and comfy and breakfast had plenty of options. Also very easy to get to from Bari airport.
