Location is great, just next to the train station. Everything is in a 10minute walk distance. Room was clean and comfy. Bed was comfy too, but pillows were not for my liking (that is so personal anyway). Even though, the room was next to the busy road, windows sealed the noise enough, it wasn't a problem. Great breakfast, but horrible coffee (it is important to set expectations: coffee isn't good in Germany. Most places offer filtere coffee or americano, sometimes they don't even know what a flat white is).

I dined in one evening, and the waiter was grumpy. I asked for food and he didn't even wait for me to finish my sentence, just said they don't have it. I had a feeling that he just doesn't want to serve food. Other staff were great tho!

The location, right next to the station but still quiet. Very friendly staff. Room of a good size. A short walk into the town centre. Good breakfast.

Not much. The shower cubicle is roomy, but seriously - we put men on the moon but we can't design showers that keep the bathroom dry, and that don't need an engineering degree to understand how to regulate the water flow and temperature. I don't particularly enjoy being blasted with a cold water spray first thing in the morning, nor being scalded with boiling water. Put some indications on the knobs for goodness sake! Mind you, this is a near universal problem in most hotels these days, not unique to this one.

It was very nice to stay in H+. Starting from very good location by the train station (I didn't hear any noise from outside), very esthetic and well maintain hallways/shared area, super polite and competent reseception staff, nice, cleaned room and bathroom. For long time I didn't have such good night sleep as in this hotel. Then next day morning extremely nice weitrasses welcoming to delicious breakfast, taking care of filling the food and drinks compartments in the buffet, keeping eye to make tables cleaned constantly. Such nice place and people working there!

I arrived at about 11 AM and was checked in immediately, although the official check-in time is 15:00. The location is more than perfect. The hotel is steps away from the train station and bus stops. There are numerous grocery stores on walking distance (most of them are behind the train station, but there also is a smaller Edeka store at the station itself). The city centre can be reached by foot (about 15 minutes. When I arrived, there was a major bus strike in the city, so I just walked around). My room was large, perfectly clean and very cozy. The temperature was just right: neither too warm not too cold. The staff kind and friendly.

Very nice and comfortable hotel in the immediate vicinity of the train station. The room totally matched our expectations, it was not large but had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. We appreciated that it was right next to the train station, it made it easier for us to travel further. Likewise, it was no problem to store our luggage after check-out.

We would have welcomed a small kettle in the room, we are tea drinkers and a sip of tea on a good night would have been nice.

The hotel is located next to the main railroad and bus station. The rooms are quite though. The room was nice and clean, comfortable bed, newly renovated bathroom. Quite modern. Good breakfast. The staff at the breakfast were very friendly and did a good job, very professional. The same for the reception staff- nice, professional and friendly. Actually for us the hotel was better in reality than on the pictures.

The hotel is perfect if you come by train or bus, if you come by car- you might be lucky and find a parking place on the street or behind the hotel where there is a parking 5 euro/day. It did not feel like a first choice to us , as there were a lot of construction works nearby and did not feel very safe. We parked in a parking garage (Linden) just a few minutes away, it was safe and easily accessible, for 10 euro/day. The only thing we did not like about the hotel was a sewer smell in the bathroom sometimes, especially at night.

The location of the hotel is good, because it is the next to the railway station, where is a police station too. The hotel is very easy to approach by car. The staff is very nice and helpful. The room was great, mainly the size and its service . In the room are coffeemaker, tee maker and free water for the guests. The hotel is in the old building, but it is renovated some years ago (after 2000), therefore is hotel is modern with elevator. The hotel has a wellness, but we had not time for use it. The price-value ratio is very good.

The hotel does not have own parking place, but in front of the hotel has some open parking places, but there was not free place when we were there. Near to the hotel is a safe parking garage, but the guests have to walk some minutes. The hotel is far from the down town, circa 20-30 minutes on foot. Many "interesting" people are at the railway station, it can be dangerous at night. It was rained, when we were in the hotel. Rainwater flowed into the room at the window. (our room was in the roof level). Greater cleanliness would have been needed, especially in the bathroom.

The breakfast was really good with everything a person might desire for breakfast including pancakes.The room was big enough and the bed was comfortable.

I would have liked to see a better black out curtain in the room.the curtain was divided into 4 sections and because of that it did not close properly allowing the morning light in through the spaces in between the sections. I would prefer a much darker room in order to be able to sleep better in the morning.
