Our room, although basic, was spacious, very clean and comfortable with good daily service, all the staff were very nice and obliging. The magnificent, large swimming pool was great. The airconditioning worked extremely well and the large fridge was a pleasant change from the norm.

A little sink in the room would of been nice, washing cups/glasses etc in the bathroom a bit unpleasant. Only half the washing machines in the laundry were working.

I arrived late, after check in, the guy was so great, he bought me water while i waited to be checked in, I was then personally guided to my room, being fully pregnant he offered to carry my bag for me from the car, up the stairs to the room. The room was SO Clean, i had the best sleep. Un faultable!!! Well done to everyone. My Family and I will stay here for personal and work when we visit from Katherine. Amazing!!!! That i didn't have enough time to eat the food (next time)

We loved our room, lovely and spacious and the bed very comfortable. The pool was amazing, very luxurious. We dined in the restaurant one night. The restaurant was not busy, yet we waited a very long time for our meal. When it finally came, my chicken was way too dry, as if it had been kept in a warmer for hours. Not very enjoyable, but my husbands burger was delicious.

We would have liked to cook a meal on the supplied barbeques, which looked like a lovely setting for cooking and eating, but there was no lighting available to cook by. Lovely if you want to cook in daylight hours, but we would have liked to cook after sunset.

Spacious Secure Usually quiet except if you have people staying above you as the floor is not sound proof. The little kitchenette is ideal for short stays but doesn’t have a sink so I always take a small basin for washing up. ( I refuse to wash cutlery and crockery provided in a bathroom sink.) yuk. Plenty of bench space. Very comfortable and well furnished. Ceiling fan. 2 entrances. no windows.

As usual the motion sensor in the bathroom drives me nuts, it’s ridiculous. The position of the toilet is not designed for larger, elderly or tall people.

Quick, efficient and friendly check-in. Spacious, comfortable room and bed. View of large lagoon style pool with easy access. Restaurant atmosphere and food great. Enjoyed a late check out due to flight change, staff happy to accommodate. Close to airport although we had to drop rental car back 1st so didn't make much difference to us.

I don’t think there was anything that we didn't like but could mention there is not much to do around the immediate area except a walk along the beach. It is not close to the CBD. We chose this place because of price and close to airport. Toilet was weird, facing wrong way towards the shower so not much room for legs. Limited privacy if you open curtains. They probably should add sheer curtains.

I stayed here in 3 different rooms for a week and was very happy with my stay. It was comfortable, safe, pleasant, clean and enjoyable. Close to Hospital and Cas shopping centre. The staff { Cath, Damon and an Irish lady} there were very kind to me and helpful, nothing was a problem. They got me a vase { as we had flowers } and allowed me to change rooms and check in earlier. I really recommend this place and will be back there again one day when i visit Darwin. Thank- you for making this a pleasant stay even though i had to go up to visit my daughter in Hospital.

Nothing really i didn't like, but maybe some rooms needed more kitchen utensils. The Big Pool could be a bit cleaner { think cleaner wasn't working} but still swimmable and nice.

Good size room with basic kitchen facilities. Very clean and comfortable overall. Inside table and chairs plus outside table and chairs. Nice outlook onto green space.

The TV was rather small. Couldn't read writing on the screen. There was no screen door so even though the weather was lovely couldn't keep sliding door open (mossies). The restaurant is like a hallway. No ambience at all. The food was ok. I ate here a couple of years ago and it was exactly the same.

The rooms were a bit hit/miss. We weren't happy in the first, for various reasons, and the staff were very helpful in finding us a suitable and better location. This 2nd room was larger and in a better spot on the property, with a great balcony. Clean, nice bathroom + good sized fridge and onsite bbqs made for good meal making - and food/drink storage. The onsite restaurant was handy, reasonably priced with good meals. Drinks were also reasonable. The location - you're a bit out of Darwin (20mins), but we were there in June for the V8s, so other closer accommodation wasn't available or was very expensive. It was v quiet at Club Tropical at this time. Not much in the area, but a cheap $20-25 Uber ride got you to most places including town, the waterfront and the v8s at Hidden Valley. Overall, not a romantic spot (for a couple), but worth considering if travelling as a family or friend group, particularly during busier periods in Darwin (June to August).

Crickets! They were a problem and were getting into our first room. It was the location on the property we think. The pool was large and good during this quiet time, but Day 1 - the lawn was overgrown and the pool was a bit green. Day 2 - lawn mown and pool blue! :)

The room was spacious and well-appointed, providing a cozy stay after a day of activities. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The variety and quality of food at the on-site restaurants exceeded expectations, with delicious meals and great service. And the kids love the dining space as they can walk around while also in sight.

The staff are very friendly and they bring you new clean towels when you ask if you need them and the other guests are all ways nice to sit and talk to plus it not to far from the beach if you like to go for a look or a fish and very quiet and you see plenty of wildlife life at night when you sit outside at night

Nothing there isn’t any reason to say anything bad about the resort we have never had a problem staying there we love it there
