Have stayed here multiple times- excellent facilities and friendly staff.

Small cars parking where large cars that don’t fit in the car park need to park. Free parking is out front- they need to give incentives for smaller cars to park in their car park like free parking. I was pretty disappointed when I raised this with staff and the response was- we can’t make them park in the car park. We have a large and high vehicle- which most people in the NT do so to me it seemed a little silly to not cater for a large proportion of their clientele. It’s quite an oversight.

The stay was good staff was friendly and loved the room

Water was cold couldn't shower In sight parking entry was to short my car didn't fit which should be eqiped for all cars as I'm sure u have a lot of people who travel with 4×4

Our room was perfect for our family stay. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The location was good being in the CBD and easy walking distance to many things including supermarkets, waterfront, and shops. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely view of the sunrise.

While it was great having a car park, the spaces were very strangely placed throughout the parking levels and scattered, not easily seen when other cars were parked either side of a specified space. We moved furniture (fold out couch) as we lost something and it was clear that it wasn't cleaned properly as we found other lost property, food crumbs etc. The pool does not see any sun, so needs to he hot to go swimming.

Room on the 19th floor looking out to the harbour with a balcony was great and included a table with 4 chairs for sitting on. No door on the bedroom but that didn't bother us. One of the main reasons for choosing this hotel was access to washing machine and dryer in our room. Good to have however these were located in an already small bathroom. Clean and tidy. Good location to walk around Darwin. Recommend the 10 minute walk to the waterfront at night. Lot's of food options. We had breakfast included with our room rate. Good selection of continental breakfast and you could also order hot food as part of this option. Good coffee and hot chocolate. Pool and surrounds looked great but we didn't use it.

The small bathroom and small shower. The shower water drain was located outside the shower which I found a bit strange and led to water on the bathroom floor.

Everything Easy check in , complimentary bottles of water given to all of us on arrival - great especially after travelling Easily able to access extra things like towels and toiletries from reception at any time Location , apartment size and amenities , pool, close to everything you need , fantastic views from room 1503 Restaurant breakfast 10/10 - the Brekky burger to die for . I had it 3 mornings in a row , staff friendly and nothing was too much trouble . Great Coffee. We absolutely loved our stay with our 2 daughters. Highly recommend to anyone travelling and want the comforts of home around you.

Good room layout, size of room, excellent cleaning room service (fresh towels etc) Loved the washer/dryer and dishwasher.

the air-conditioning was a little cool sometimes and it stopped working because we didn't properly shut the door to the balcony but were unaware of the impact this had until we asked room cleaners who identified the problem. There should be a note alerting guests to this. Also the TV was difficult to get the appropriate channel as you had to scroll through a myriad of channels to get to the "free to air' ones.

The view was amazing, it was located a short distance from shops, so very convenient. The food in the restaurant was good and the prices reasonable. Continental breakfasts were included in the price of the accommodation, but we only used it once.

There should be longer parking outside of the hotel. I know it was council parking, but it was inconvenient to always have to move the car every three hours. Unfortunately, the car we hired would not fit in the hotel underground parking as it only allows for vehicles less that 2 meters. Also did not like the long wait for check in. We arrived off the boat at around 11.00am and had to wait until after 2.30pm to check in.

We were on the 25th floor and had amazing views of city and sea. The room had a kitchenette and everything you would need for a longer stay including stove top and full size fridge. The pool looks beautiful on 6th floor. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful and stored our luggage on the last day. The building is close to shops, restaurants, bars etc and just a short walk to the Waterfront precinct which is fantastic. Very easy to find your way around cbd from here.

The cafe downstairs. We had dinner there with only a few tables occupied and we were basically ignored. My partner had chilli prawns linguine and could not taste any chilli at all so returned it for chilli to be added. There was an outdoor music disco that we could see from our balcony and the super loud music reverberated through our room until midnight on the Saturday making it hard to sleep.

With 26 floors, the Oaks Darwin Elan Hotel has one of the BEST views around, even from a hallway view, as well as from the most floors. Parking is also only $15 a night compared with high rates at other local hotels, and is multiple entry/exit privileges. The Genius discount got me a WONDERFUL view, and upgrade from continental to full breakfast. (Continental is still great.) There is a pool on the 6th floor, too. It is in walking distance of the government buildings, shopping, restaurants and grocery stores, and I was able to take a historical walking tour in the morning, starting only 2 blocks away. The staff was friendly and polite, Glad I chose this hotel to stay at!

Check in was a breeze and the friendly front desk staff gave me a beautiful room on a high floor with a fantastic view! The location was great - close to plenty of restaurants and local tourist activities. Every morning, the plentiful, complimentary continental breakfast buffet, with lots of fresh fruit and juices coffee, tea, a delicious assortment of pastries, hard boiled eggs, toast, jams and jellies, cereal etc. were available. The hotel is very clean and everything in my room worked properly. I highly recommend Oaks Darwin to anyone staying there.
