I'm not a big fan now of air-conditioning because of my asthma and I also picked up a chest infection walking around the city. But yeah there's not much to not dislike about the place. Thanks for the comfortable stay 😊

Central to Darwin CBD and a large room. Excellent buffet breakfast - we paid the day before and it cost $24 pp( normally $29). We stayed 3 nights and did not have our bed sheets changed daily (bath towels were changed daily)so this gave us 15% discount on meals. At home we change sheets every 7 days so it was worth the 15% voucher on meals.Staff excellent

Nothing really . Just beware that car parking cost is $15 pd . The pool is nice but not a resort pool ( towels provided). The hotel suits people staying for work rather than tourists ( but as tourists it was fine)

I have stayed here a number of times. I like the location and the staff are pretty good

I know it's the wet season but the closure of the restuarant is a bit annoying. I stayed in 407 which is not the best room. The "desk" facing the wall is poor, by moving the bed you could put a table with a couple of chairs near the window which would give the roo a better feel. Apart from the uncomfortable office chair there is nowhere to sit. Some of the other rooms have a much better layout. I have notice on the last few times I have stayed that the floor in the bathroom is sticky, not unclean but sticky.

Great service provided by the front desk staff. Big shout out to Rio (in particular) - friendly, professional, helpful and efficient.

The two bed side lamps and the phone didn't work and it took a few days to fix since our stay coincided with the weekend and a Public Holiday which meant that the maintenance staff were not onsite. But the problems were fixed as soon as they got back.

Central location. Good sized room with nice bathroom and supply of shampoo, shower gel etc. Good breakfast which was included in our room price. Hotel was well kept with nice decor and definitely worth the rate we paid at short notice.

Room was on the ground floor at the front so there was road noise, and constant coming and going from the vehicle drop-off bay right outside. The air con, despite being turned off, kept purging itself every hour by starting, gurgling, and stopping again. There was also constant water noise through the drainage system in the bathroom, as if someone was running a tap somewhere. A room upstairs at the back would have resolved these gripes though.

I had a pleasant stay at this centrally located hotel. Its prime location made it easy to access key attractions and amenities in the area. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and provided a restful night’s sleep. The breakfast spread was good with variety of options to. What stood out most was the attentiveness of the staff — always courteous, responsive, and ready to assist, which truly enhanced the overall experience.

excellent location, heart of the city, room was clean, decent size, bed was comfortable, decent breakfast choices, staff were courteous and helpful, secure car parking, amenities within walking distance

carpet was old and dated, 1 bedside lamp was not working, TV was small and not in the center, remote was not working properly, one day cleaners turned up in the afternoon after we returned from a day trip, breakfast was same everyday with limited choices

The room was larger than the usual hotel room and was very clean with great airconditioning. The staff were helpful and friendly and check-in / out were efficient. While we didn't get to visit the restaurant or pool, both were well presented and the property as a whole was very clean. The location is great as it is close to a supermarket and also to Mitchell Street where you have numerous dining options. I didn't know what to expect but was very pleasantly surprised. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The restaurant / bar were closed on a weekend evening which my partner and I found odd but there other restaurants and bars a short walk away.

Nice quite part of Darwin city. Hassle free, easy access and secure parking. Buffett breakfast relatively good save money by booking at reception day before. There is very minimal noise from rooms Overall a good place to stay

If staying for more then a few days there is no laundry facilities at the hotel. Though was not inconvenient as there was 3 laundry mats around Darwin on our travels.

The bed was comfortable and hotel was central to everything that we needed on our stay. Buses, supermarkets were all close walking distance of 5 min. Very happy that the hotel had buffet breakfast and bar too, Especially the first nights stay until we could familiarise ourselves in the area.

They didn't have a guests laundry a and the closest laundry was closed down.
