Hotel is very cosy, rooms are well furnished. Beds are very good. Breakfast was really good with a lot of choices. Location is excellent, not in the crowded area but within short walking distance. Staff is very pleasant and responsive.

Even though we reserved parking there was no parking space for us. Staff tried their best so we found solution. Apparently there is live music in the hotel restaurant every weekend night. It is very loud in the room so we could not sleep till 1AM.

Breakfast could definitely be improved - wasn't worth more than a 7. It was in the hotel's bar/bistro downstairs, shared with non-customers who were smoking. We had to stand in line for coffee at the bar, after waitresses who took orders from said non-guests.

If you take one of the new suites on the 3rd floor, you'll have an amazing view over Ohrid old city and the lake. The hotel was modern and had 2 restaurants, one of which is a rooftop restaurant. Breakfast was also very nice with good coffee from the bar. Ohrid overall is beautiful even for November, as we were going for sight seeing and exploration mainly. We spent an amazing time with our family here.

Smoking in both restaurants... but that happens in every single restaurant, coffee shop, bar, etc. so it's not just here. Also, Macedonia does have different standards for cleanliness and upkeep/servicing than let's say Austria or Germany. However, SU Hotel is probably the best one you can get in Ohrid in that regard, especially if you take the newly renovated rooms.

Lakeside location was lovely with view out over Lake Ohrid. The staff at the reception desk were very helpful in answering questions and in making taxi arrangements

The facilities were needing refurbishment - the loo seat in my room had broken off (yet the room had just been cleaned before I arrived), shower and bathroom fittings were loosely attached to the wall and on the final day the lift wasnt working. So clearly needs better property management prior to the start of the high season. Breakfast facilities in the streetfront cafe were chaotic with guests and external customers intermingled, I dont think the staff had a clue if you were free breakfast or paid. Getting that second cup of coffree wasnt easy!

Perfect location, very nice view from the rooftop restaurant and our room. Nice restaurant food with some tasty turkish deserts. Friendly stuff.

Aircon in the room was not working. There was no hot water one day. Breakfast food can be improved. Do not disturb sign in the room was not working. Waithress in the rooftop restaurant was not familiar with the meny. The coctails were not properly made. Improvising.

We stayed in Hotel Su for 4 nights and we really enjoyed our stay. The stuff was very polite. Special thanks to cleaning ladies who cleaned our room perfectly every day and changed the towels daily. It was so nice to come back to our room and see everything organized and shining. The food was delicious and diverse. It is open buffet so there is something for everyone. On weekends there is a live music in the hotel restaurant, we enjoyed Victoria Loba singing. Previous night we went to sleep, we closed the balcony doors and it wasn't noisy although the music was live on the ground floor and we were on the 3rd floor. We got a bathroom bathtub like jacuzzi with massager and it was a pleasant surprise, we liked it so much!

We liked everything, it is just a suggestion - to maybe change a little bit a breakfast. For our 4 days there were always the same options, variety of meals, but always the same ones.

Location, view, friendly HOTEL staff, allowed to check in early

Initially we were in a very small room without a/c remote, unfortunately we spent half a day to rectify this which it should not happen. However Igor kindly move us to a bigger room. It was a large room facing the lake. I would have been very disappointed if I had to stay in the little room so if you book a room in this hotel, make sure ask for the front facing. Reception would have been more informative such as hotel facilities, bean bags at the front.. it’s not all about breakfast times and that’s it… One more thing I must mention the lady serving drinks at the cafe/restaurant downstairs was very miserable and was not really welcoming, it’s a very nice place to chill and have drink

Hotel is on perfect location on Ohrid lake beach. I am booking it every single time I come to Ohrid lake for leisure or business. Rooms are spacious, super clean, beds are comfortable, bathroom is excellent. Breakfast is perfect, beside standard thing they have a lot of fruit, they even gave us 2 espressos during the breakfast, not filter coffee! They have rooftop restaurant and ground restaurant-bar that works up to midnight, so we didn't wasted our time on looking for places to eat or have drinks 😉

I didn't like that I had time to continue my stay in Su hotel 😉

This is a very nice, modern, super clean hotel, on the promenade, walking distance to the Old Town. Several other hotels with restaurants/cafes/bars line the street. There is a grocery store nearby. The hotel staff were helpful, professional, and nice. The size of the room was perfect for a solo traveler. I had a beautiful view from the balcony onto the lake. The bed was very comfortable. There's a restaurant and bar downstairs, where very good breakfast is served (a la carte, with about four, yet hearty, choices). There's also a rooftop bar with magnificent views on the entire area. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is great. The desk clerk was helpful getting me a parking spot. The morning coffee was excellent.

We had a corner room with a great view but the installation of the corner windows from the temperature changes made loud cracking noises that was annoying . The staff is aware of this but explained it would stop in the evening which it did.
