Staff were friendly and helpful with information The Breakfast is what brings me back to Hampton when I’m in Muskegon. Location is wonderful. Everything is within reach. Even if you want to walk.

The e bed was way too hard. I slept on top of my pillows. My back couldn’t handle the firmness.

Comfortable bedding very clean room.

When the hotel charges over $300 the expectations go way up. The hotel charges too much for a Saturday night stay. Breakfast started ramping down too soon close to 10am.

The property is located with a variety of choices for shopping.

The Breakfast has apparently made some cost cutting moves. It is not what is used to be. However it is free which is very much appreciated. But there are some seniors that still enjoy hot oatmeal…not the instant options.

The bathroom was very nice. I loved that the counter followed the mirror around the walls giving more space for cosmetics. The bed was comfortable.

We had no phone in our room so couldn't get a wake up call. Also people next door to us came in yelling and screaming and banging on the walls for 2 1/2 hours. We had to be at the hospital at 6 AM so needed to sleep. Was an easy drive to the hospital and also to places to eat. Friendly desk clerk.

Always enjoy the breakfast and the dining area. So pleasant and clean.Checked in about 4pm. Desk gentleman friendly and helpful. Room was quiet. Location was next to a nice shopping center with variety of stores.

We were going to Michigan's Adventure for a family trip and this was a great location. It has plenty of stores and restaurants near by. The free breakfast was great.

When we booked we put we had 5 people and when we got there the room only had 2 queen beds. Over all it wasn't bad our kids all just squeezed in one bed.

Clean comfortable room

I booked the room for two nights May 1-3. I checked out at 9am on the 2nd and was still charged for 2 nights on my card. I have reached out to the hotel and have not gotten a response to have this corrected.

The breakfast was good, great location, front desk staff were great. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of parking.

Housekeeping staff was not so great. We asked for clean towels and trash bags after 3 days because we didn’t want the entire room cleaned and was told it wasn’t their room. No other housekeeper was around. Finally was given new towels but never received trash bags had to take our trash to the hallway trash cans to empty. The pool water was freezing and the hot tub was super hot. The tub in the room drained really slow.

Location was great for our points of interest

The room had an odor. Kind of like a damp dog? My husband didn't notice but I've got a good nose. Thought it was a little pricey. I noticed that you let pets come in there but I don't know if you keep them to one specific room area or not. If not you should because some people are allergic and some people don't like to smell pets. I did not tell them that it smelled at the front desk but that is something I will check next time before we do stay

Good location. Rooms were okay.

No longer free parking, which is silly considering there's nothing else around to interfere. We were charged $5 a night. Never had a hotel do that before. Also a little expensive considering everything is outdated.
