Everything was perfect, a great location, beautiful room (we had 213) really spacious with a great shower. The balcony is enormous and looks over the township and towards the valley and the window houses. The location is so ideal, only minutes from the main boulevard in authentic surroundings. The foyer and reception are very welcoming, the staff ( family run) could not be friendlier or happier. The breakfast is not buffet but it is superbly fresh and set at the table and your eggs are cooked to order. I could not recommend this hotel enough, particularly if you get a room with a balcony, it is exceptional value.

Staff are very friendly and polite. It is a family-run hotel and it is in a beautiful location. From the balcony, you have a nice view of Berat. There is plenty of parking spaces inside the hotel, its just the entrance road is very narrow. Close to shops and the castle as well, but it is better to take car to the castle as the road is an uphill walk.

We stayed 2 nights, the bed in the first room was uncomfortable, so they changed our room for the next day which was better. We had dinner 1 night and the food took almost 1 hour or more. I believe it was bit quite season and they had less staff.

We thoroughly enjoyed our night's stay at this hotel. The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom and shower were also amazing - spacious and modern. The breakfast served at the hotel was absolutely delicious, featuring fresh, locally-sourced products. This was a fantastic way to start our day and fueled us for exploring the area. The hotel's location was also a major plus, as the view from the property was great and we were able to easily walk to the main attractions and spots in the area. The added benefit of free parking on-site was an added convenience. But what really stood out to us was the friendliness and welcoming nature of the hotel staff. They went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay and provided excellent customer service.

The only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom. The shower door was broken and couldn’t be properly closed, you had to use a lot of force. And then when you finally closed it, all the water was leaking to the whole bathroom. After one shower, there was a flood and we had to use all our towels for the floor. Considering we were there just for one night, it wasn’t a big deal for us. But it’s important to deal with this problem for the future!

I was really looking forward to my stay here cos of the reviews and photos I had seen. Our stay was marvellous. Our bus from Tirana stopped just few mins away on the main road so we didn't have much problem walking in with our trolley luggages. Staffs were helpful and approachable, providing me with a tea set when I requested. Room was cosy and nicely warm. Everything was clean and wifi was strong. The view from our balcony was superb and it was very peaceful sitting out enjoying the view. Breakfast was delicious with a couple of varieties provided at our preferred time. Just a few mins out from the guesthouse, you will find the stretch of shops and restaurants and a big supermarket. It's a nice walk through the boulevard. The other side of the road brings you to the hills and a great view. For the Muslims, there is a mosque very near the guesthouse. The bus stop which will bring you to the bus terminal is very near to the guesthouse. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The structure of the hotel is really nice, well designed and pleasant everything you see around. Its location is great, we just parked the car (hotels free parking) and walked everywhere. The staff was amazing, everybody was trying to help and they are really professional. Breakfast and service was really good as well. I was really surprised to see such well managed place in such a small town. Thumbs up

The room was respectively small but it might be my mistake to miss type of room during the reservation. A mirror and some drinks could be useful in the room.

We loved everything about our stay. The location of the accommodation is perfect, close to the centre and with great views from the balcony. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, showing us each available room and allowing us to choose which room we wished to stay in. The breakfast was exceptional serving fresh fruit and cooking each guest's request to order along with fresh juice and fresh coffee. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

My first time in Albania, and Berat truly captivated me with its charm and beauty. This hotel was the perfect choice to begin my exploration of the city. The central location made it easy to access all the main attractions, while the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel made it feel like a home away from home.The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide selection of fresh and delicious options that provided the perfect start to my day. The staff went above and beyond, always friendly and eager to assist with any request or question.What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the breathtaking view from my room – waking up to that stunning panorama was an experience I'll never forget. If you're visiting Berat, I can't recommend this hotel enough. It's the ideal base to explore this beautiful city, and I would absolutely stay here again!

Loved the hotel. Wonderful place to stay. All the staff are so kind and helpful. The view from the hotel is amazing. Breakfast was included, and it was very nice The hotel is clean, fresh, and newly decorated, so it looks amazing inside and out WiFi throughout, so kids were happy. Each room had a well kitted and clean ensuite bathroom The location is in the beautiful medieval part of the city opp mosque, which makes it a great location. Didn't need to use my hire car at all to get around Would definitely come to stay here again.

No lift. So getting to to top floor is tough for older guests but the staff made sure my elderly mum had a ground floor room. There was quite a unnecessary loud music event in the square which ruined a tranquil night. Not the hotels fault but i understand it's every weekend Access to car park can be difficult for novice driver but not impossible

This is a wonderful family-run hotel! Everything from the rooms to the breakfast and the location / views is incredible. The rooms have a traditional feel to them but are kitted out with modern amenities (lots of plugs, nice bathroom, AC, etc). The breakfast is more than one could ask for - a set menu with cereal, toast, eggs, fruit, coffee and pancakes/crepes. We also thought this was the perfect location as we were within walking distance to the old town and castle, but away from the noise on the boulevard.

They didn't accept card payments, so we had to pay close to 200EUR cash on arrival. Our room was the closest to the reception so it was very noisy in the morning and during check-in time.
