Room was spacious and clean. Close to Disney Parks. Central Location to shopping.

Only access to parking lot was from main road, which meant driving past our destination & u-turning to go back to the motel. We only found this out after having turned into the street next to it, expecting there to be a second entrance to find that the gate was locked and we had to drive around to the main road. (Absolutely nothing against the hotel, just more a pain when trying to navigate in an unfamiliar area)

The front desk lady was great. We checked in well past when they closed and it was so easy to get the key from the lockbox and find our room. Their communication was great as they messaged me several times to ensure that I knew how to get there, where the key and room were, and gave me a phone number in case I had issues. The room was comfortable but dated which was not a deal breaker. Checking out was easy and the accommodations appeared clean and well taken care of. The pool area looked nice as well. If I was to go back to Florida I would consider staying at this hotel as it would have everything I needed.

Nothing much. The room was dated and in need of updating but was not terrible. If you are super picky or expecting something super fancy this is not the room for you. The bedding was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Good location less than 20 minutes to the disney parks. Quiet. Sheets and towels were clean

Found a condom wrapper on the chair in the room. At least it was just the wrapper and not the contents. AC was just okay but never really felt cool enough for our preference. Not horrible and did a decent job keeping the worst of Florida in July away.

My family loved EVERYTHING about this hotel! From the front desk staff and to those who actually came to clean every OTHER day (even though) some reviews said they clean once a week (for those who stay 7 days). Reading reviews keep you skeptical because they are from people's points of views but I promise you, our stay was great! The room was CLEAN CLEAN! The bed was COMFORTABLE! We had a pool side view so what I like was the sun wa shining so bright but never directly into the room because they have like a shade or tiny on the window that keeps direct sunlight out! It was quiet! The neighborhood was quiet! The pool was GREAT and CLEAN! The proce was great too!!! I would DEFINITELY stay there again!

The only thing I didn't like was the pillows, they were very uncomfortable. Some were hard. Replace those with softer pillows, even feather pillows. I had 1 issue the 1st nite. We set the ac to 60 or so to cool the room down and the number kept jumping to 72. We told the front desk clerk the next morning and she sent someone to fix it immediately.

Clean and well maintained. Good sized room with plenty of mirrors. Nice pool area. Great location. Good housekeeping on alternate days with plenty of towels. Coffee maker, fridge and microwave in room. Already booked another stay in the new year.

No alarm clock. Only one coffee sachet for two people for two days? Had to regularly ask for more coffee. No coffee in lobby. Could not check out at 8.15 am as the lobby was closed. Nowhere to leave keys, left the in the room

Well-kept retro style motel. Reminded me of an earlier time, but in a good way. Very comfy. Great staff.

Cant think of much. Older place, so not perfect, but as close to perfect that a 60 year old place can be.

We asked for, and got, a quiet room away from the pool. The room was nice.

No coffee offered other than the one pack in the room. Nothing in the lobby for us to take with us. Also we got there 15 minutes before check in and we weren't allowed to check in. We were headed out for several hours and just wanted to check in on case we got back late. She said she'd have to charge us if we checked in 15 minutes early. Found that rather ludicrous.

The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. They have plenty of free parking. The entire facility is set back off the main street, so there was no road noise and it generally peaceful and quiet. There is a Waffle House and a Target right across the street. I was really happy to support a family-owned property.

The air conditioning in the room was exceptional and very cold. Staff was accommodating with extra towels, and let us borrow a wine bottle opener. The inside and outside of the hotel was clean and no garbage was around. We didn't use it but the pool looked nice and clean. Room had lots of space and had a microwave and refrigerator. The price for the room was great for our week there. We were on the 2nd floor and parking was always available. The location was near everything and easy to get to the Disney parks, maybe 15 min away.

The bathroom and floor was dirty and had hair left behind that wasn't ours. The rooms look updated but at the same time, it looked cheaply done as it looked a little old. There were cobwebs in the corner and stains on the roof but this didn't bother us too much. Had a creepy looking locked door in the room that couldn't be opened, not sure what it was but a little uncomforting. The housekeeping turned the AC off when they came to clean while we were at the parks so we came back to a hot room. Not sure why'd they do that.

Everywhere was clean. Love the smoking rule being away from the rooms. Bed was very comfortable. Had a fridge and iron which we used daily. Microwave did not use but handy to have one just incase. Location perfect Target not even ten mins to the left of the property and 5 mins to the right is a Dollar tree and a Mcdonalds. Applebees across the road. Catch the 56 Lynx bus on opposit side road to the left and be at Disney transportation centre in 30 mins for a bargain 2 dollars. Would def stay here again
