Arrived a day earlier than booked, my mistake. Although fairly full the staff rearranged matters and accommodated us without fuss. Was meeting with Thai family so only one evening meal was had in the hotel and that was fine. Breakfast in this hotel was excellent. There is a menu to choose from with waiter service (no buffet breakfast here) very nice china crockery, nothing too much trouble, couldn't ask for more. WILL STAY HERE AGAIN, AS WILL THE REST OF MY FAMILY. Bicycles are available if you fancy a ride around P'lock.

The breakfast was sensational as was the service - could not fault. The rooms were lovely, the hotel is in an excellent location. We made good use of the bicycles to cycle around town and in addition the shuttle back to the station. Ate at the Amore restaurant and once again the choice and quality of meals was superb as well as the service absolutely brilliant! Loved the swimming pool too - cannot fault this gorgeous hotel.

Location within walking distance to the Chan Historical sites and primary Wats. The rooms were spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. The staff were excellent and so friendly!!! The Amore Restaurant really good with Thai and Italian offerings. Breakfast was very good especially the buffet. There was a very nice pool.

Fab location, just yards from the riverside market walk, and lovely walking area along the river, including great value outdoor massage area used by locals. Beautiful beds and bedding helped to make our stay very comfortable. Good choices for breakfast, with nice views overlooking the river.

Air conditioning unit outside the room was fairly noisy

The semi private swimming pool was magnificent. Just wow! Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful.

When leaving the hotel in one direction the road was barred for traffic coming from the hotel, which wreaked havoc on our gps navigation... Not really anything that the hotel can do about though and in the end not a major problem.

It's not the cheapest place to stay in phitsanulok but we feel it is worth the extra expense

The restaurant at the hotel was excellent, we had a couple of very nice dinners there.

There are two swimming pools, a small one all guests can access, and a lap pool, only accessible to guests in 3 or 4 rooms. It would have been VERY nice to have been able to use it, at no time did we see anyone in it.

The staff had our keys ready when we arrived into the hotel, so we did not have to wait to check in. The rooms are very nicely appointed with little balconies. The swimming pool is small but the water is very clean without being chlorinated. The Italian restaurant on premises has very good food, mostly Italian, but also Thai dishes. The breakfast was adequate.

Pleasant hotel with a good location on the river and close to Wat Phra Si Rattana Mahathat. Nice comfortable rooms and friendly staff.

A very nice authentic thai-style hotel .... Lots of dark wood, carved artifacts , etc.... I had a studio suite on the 3rd floor which was spacious and comfortable, with a nice terrace... Bathroom was good, good water pressure in the shower and hot water.. Hotel provides bicycles and has a small swimming pool Breakfast was good and complete and service is very friendly The 'Amore' restaurant attached to the hotel was absolutely excellent. This is simply a very good hotel !

Only one main comment : I arrived in early evening and the receptionist did not speak ONE word of English ... This was very annoying. Fortunately all other personnel did speak more than enough English to communicate 'normally'.
