Everything was comfortable. The bed and bedcover were great for summer. The air conditioner worked perfectly. The TV was big and worked great. The sink water got hot right away. The shower pressure was perfect, and it was great to have the grab bars. We were offered towels when we needed them. The room was clean. Thank you for a comfortable stay!

The smell of cigarette smoke in the lobby. But the room didn't smell.

For the location, the hotel exceeded our expectations. We could tell that updates had been made and they looked nice. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioner was far better than others we’ve had.

The shower head in our room was loose and only hung straight down. The ring around the temperature looked like it had mildew or mold forming from the water there. The toilet leaked water if you sat a certain way on it.

The privacy was nice, it was very quiet despite them being very full. I hadn't expected there to be so many people, but it didn't end up being too much of a bother. The shower was also great! very nice clean towels and a deep tub. it was close to many stores so when we got hungry we didnt have to go very far.

One of the staff did make a weird comment at the beginning but she was very friendly otherwise so i wouldnt really hold it against her. The AC was also a little loud but lord knows we needed it with how hot it was. being so close to the road did mean we could hear a lot of the traffic, which was a little annoying.

The Bath tub to soak my sore muscles, having the AC on to stay cool, having the microwave to reheat my leftovers, the freezer and the Refrigerator to keep my drinks cold before I leave my trip home 🏡.

The Microwave locked the door for some reason and I had to disconnect the power by putting out the power plug and plugging it back in.

I was surprised and very happy with the "mini fridge". It was smaller than your average fridge, but twice the size of any standard mini fridge you find in any other hotel. Our rooms were spacious and quiet from outside noises. We did have an upstairs neighbor that got their party started at 2am, but a call to the front desk seemed to have settled them down a bit.

N/A Two empty coffee pots in the Lobby at 9:00 AM. The clerk was courteous and made hot water for tea upon request. I provided my own tea.

Cleaning staff used what smelled like Fabulosa, a very potent-smelling cleaner which has not proven to clean as well as bleach. No coffee offered in or out of room.

Location was nice and easy to find. Room was spacious and large. I loved the big window but my side of the motel was facing a large building. No worries though for being in town!

The ned was a little on the less comfortable side but nothing that you couldn't get over easily. However the control on the air unit was a little busted.

I liked Beth. I appreciate the cleanliness and comfort. Great location to find. Even with all the bustle outside, I found it pleasantly quiet.

I was hoping for a healthier food choice in walking distance. The vending machine was candy and chips, I think. I would opt for a good bagel!

Facilities were very clean. Desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Motel is located on a quite busy street, but our room was generally quiet. We used the heating/cooling fan as brown noise, which tamped down the street noise. We ate at a good, clean Mexican restaurant within walking distance. Many other good offerings within walking distance. Great coffee shop across the street.

No closet or hanging space in our room. Need to add hooks or other means for hanging clothes.

Friendly staff. The TV was a good size and clear. Plenty of vending machine options for snacks and drinks.

It would have been nice to have more tea options, and creamer available for guests if they choose to have coffee in the office reception area.
