The owner was really nice and helpful. The room was really clean, it had a big bathroom. Walkable distance to the city center (20 min walk). Besides the mini fridge from the room there is a large common fridge that can be used by all the guests (has also a freezer). You can easily find parking spots on the street just outside the location and they are for free (the acoomodation is based on a secundar road, so it is secure to park there). There are free sun umbrellas that the guests can take to the beach There are a couple of cafes nearby, 5 min walk It was quite, no noises. It has a nice garden.

The pillows are a little hard to sleep on. The mini fridge from the room is a little noisy. I would add to the breakfast some fresh vegetables, boiled eggs, sausages etc. as it has so many sweets (croissants, biscuits, cakes, yougurt, marmelade) and too little savories (only some ham, cheese and butter).

We only had cold water in the shower, and we thought that were a shared kitchen, but there isn’t

We stayed at this hostel with my sister for two nights and really enjoyed our experience. It was very clean and conveniently located near the city center. The room decor was lovely, and the receptionist was exceptionally polite and attentive. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip. Wishing you continued success!

Check-in was easy, there are lots of free and safe parking places nearby, rooms were quite big and clean. Location was also good, not directly in the city center but quite close to it. Roberto was also perfect host, so absolute recommendation!!

Lovely guest house. We stayed for 3 nights & it was great to have kettle & fridge. Spacious room. Short walk into centre (10-15 mins). Olbia Terranova closest train station. Bus stop to airport near Terranova. Great supermarket nearby with good selection of wine, olive, cheese etc. at good value prices. (MD supermercati, a bit like LIDL). Good communication from host.

Roberto was wonderful at engaging with us. Such a lovely man. The accomodation was sparking clean and lovely. There was a breakfast available. It was a 2k walk to the port but bus were readily available. Also bus to the beach. Roberto helped us with dinner reservations and a taxi to the airport. Beautiful little garden for sundowners.

The shower tray was clogged so did not drain well when used. Only issue to an otherwise perfect room.

Everything was amazing at this property. The check in was smooth, the room was clean and had everything you need. The outside area is cute and one can relax peacefully. Only 20mins walk to Olbia city centre. Plenty of parking.

Really nice guest house just about 15min walking out of the central area. Parking lots are always easy to find in the area around the accommodation, mostly just in front of the place and free( within white lines) . Mobil check in is great. Nice balcony. Room is spacious. Mostly quiet.

The bed in my room made noises when turning

We arrived later than planned due to a delayed flight so it was 11.30pm when we got there. This wasn't a problem and we were met with a smile and showed around. The room was really clean and comfortable, spacious enough for 4 and we slept well. Breakfast was simple but good and we enjoyed the garden.
