Property is new and clean with complete kitchenware and other facilities. Surrounding by quiet and serene environment. There is 2 rooms, each with a big bed and a single bed on a mezzanine floor in the room. There's also 2 toilets and 2 shower rooms. Didn't manage to try the open air bath, which should be interesting. Host is very helpful.

The door code was wrongly set and we were unable to get into the property at first.

The villa was beautiful. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well set up and the outdoor bath was amazing. The owners were friendly and very helpful. We had a fabulous stay.

It got light very early due to the top windows, bring an eye mask if the light bothers you.

The chalet is fairly new, clean, nice layout. Quiet neighbourhood

There was a constant smell of sewerage, particularly in the mornings, coming from we think the shower/washroom. There are 2 separate toilet rooms & they were ok, no sewerage smell. In the shower/washroom, I opened the cabinet door below the wash basin, there was a water trap, it looked ok. But it wasn’t possible to check out the shower. The owner/property manager needs to fix this problem. For a unit of this price range, we found the kitchen poorly equipped: only 2 dinner plates & 4 forks. No serving platters to be found. If you are accustomed to having your meal on a plate, then you will be disappointed. It is not easy to contact the management company. I tried 3 times to contact the property manager without success. I have a Canada based mobile service provider. There were 4 options to download an App via QR code. I tried all 4 but they required a download & payment. And when I booked this unit, the advert said I would receive the door code 1 week in advance. 2 days before our arrival from Canada, I tried reaching property manager by phone, no answer. I finally contacted Booking.com. The lady who answered was helpful. She called me back after she contacted property manager by email. There is no email option for the renter. The booking.com lady called me back shortly with the door code & followed up with an email with the code. Lastly, a note in the unit says not to place garbage outside, leave it inside front door, someone will pick it up Tuesday & Fridays between 10:00-12:00. There was no garbage pick up! We finally put the garbage in our car & disposed of it offsite.

The staff is really responsible and reply message on time. The house is very very cozy. Good value if you are travelling more than 4 people. The location is great 10 mins to the closest ski resort. Equipped with shoes / ski boots heater The cooking appliance is very handy and good to use. Shower is brilliant.

SO MANY BUGS All our girls are screaming about the bug everyday. And the bathtub is the home of the bug… the biggest one I saw is same size as my thumb. There are two bugs hide in my baggage and even arrive to Canada with me omg…
