You do have to understand that in this building different operators are offering services. Actually you do not met anybody. You just get a code for your apartment. That’s it. As many already commented before. The rooms who are very pricey are on the side of the construction work. And the fotos shown are giving you the idea that the room is bigger. Just see the space difference between bed and balcony door. See the foto I have taken. That was the reason we did take the rooms at the other side of the building. Room D. You do pay more but if you do stay more than 2 days think about. We stayed 5 days in total and liked it. Laundry Maschine and separat dryer. Cool. Never had this before. Everything you need is there for cooking. Also good to know. There are two elevators. Look out which elevator is serving your floo. Normally you only can use one of them. And… please..check out all reviews from other visitors. It’s worth it. Enjoy your stay.

You do have to know that this place is far from everything. But..In high season you do have only a few meters to the beach. So be prepared to use local buses or taxis if you want to go to the fish market. I am 68. So some taxi drivers don’t get out of the car when you do have luggage. This is not acceptable. I let them go and get one who is more helpful.

clean rooms with washer and dryer. Perfect when you've been travelling for a week and needs to catch up with laundry. Free parking available along the beach. Lots of seafood restaurants nearby and convenience stores for you to get snacks and all sorts!

The only issue is the elevator. Not very efficient as you have to wait for awhile every time to take the lift. Only 2 lifts service the apartment. One lift service the odd number floors and the other even number floors. It causes a lot of confusion to visitors as there is only a small little sign to explain the odd and even floor lifts.

The room has a lot of storage, its clean, I love that white is the theme of the room, I was a bit anxious that I might not be able to watch netflix but it was great, got to watch my favorite shows. I will definetely visit again.

The location is next to a construction site, I do wish the was someone at the reception. It was my first time visiting sokcho and would have liked to get ideas and other things.

The property is clean and has nice finishes. The 7-11 in the building lobby is incredibly convenient and has a good selection. The shower was hot and had good pressure. The view was very beautiful.

There was no staff there during our visit, the check in and check out process were entirely self service. It was convenient, but felt impersonal. The elevator was slow. The building is in a quiet part of town, and about a 30 min walk from the Market.

Location was nice close to obeservatory and 영금정(yeogguemjeong)and very clean. A bit far from the bus terminal but you can reach it within 8 minutes by taxi. Fortunately, there are some coffee places and convini right outside the building. The bathroom was clean and they provided shampoo, body wash, slippers and towels (no toothpaste). The view from the balcony is stunning.

Check in procedure was easy but only if you’re a Korean because you have to get Korean number to receive the instructions, and even if you have it it’s all written in Korean so it’s a bit complicated to understand by yourself since there is no staff to help. Elevator it’s a bit slow. The balcony was amazing but a bit dirty.

A huge space, clean and modern with big windows to let in the sunlight. There's also lots of storage space. Right on the water and there are tons of local seafood restaurants and cafes within 5 minutes walking distance. The bus stop for the national park is also a short walk away. I would definitely stay here again!

Close to the beach, handy local shops, the Urbanstay formula is a good one, we like it.

Unfortunately there was a building site next door, right outside our window. It is going to be a highrise using lots of steel and concrete - they work 7 days a week and start at 7am. Steel isn't quiet to handle and stack! There is a public sculpture outside which must rate as one of the worst I've ever seen, even the explanation plaque makes little sense!

Really nice appartment close to the sea and very practical to get to seoraksan national park too. Access was easy with the code, the host was very fast to answer questions and the amenities were all super clean and available.

There was a plastic sheet underneath the bed sheet which made a lot of noise when moving around and made it sweaty at night.

Good location, close to many nice waterfront restaurants. Good facilities in the apartment (washing machine/dryer!) and the building (grocery store!).

It has the cookie cutter apartment vibe, so a bit soulless. Our apartment had balcony with a view to a construction site.

The view from my room was amazing and we could see the beach and the sea from our room. For the price that we pay, I think that the room was absolutely amazing. Although, the area was quiet at night, there were still convenient store. The hotel is very near lots of areas of attraction.
