Exceptionally clean with ample space. Very useful having a washing machine and a drying rack. Having a freezer as well as a fridge seemed unnecessary.

Complete nightmare if you don’t have Wifi as all communication is conducted via WhatsApp! It would be useful for directions to have known that it was in the same building as Sunrise Hotel which is more familiar to taxi drivers.

Great location. Close to restaurants and shopping. Convenient free parking. 20 mins to the National Park by car.

While not a true negative, all communication for the room was done through a “virtual front desk”. It proved okay, but if there were issues I wonder how quick the response would be. Overall, everything I asked for was immediately answered.

The location is just perfect. Busstop nearby. Around the corner a great coffeeshop and convenient store. A lot of restaurants nearby where you can also can get a take away. Fish market, Abai village and Sokcho beach are also nearby. From the busstop you can go to Seokraksan Park. There is no reception. The rooms are in the Sunrise Hotel. When you arrive at your check in time you receive by What's app a message with instructions a link for you code for your room.

They should mentioned that the rooms are in the Sunrise Hotel. It is the same address.

I think it would great if you could actually cook in the room since the facilities and the products are available. Secondly it would be amazing if since there is a washing room, you gave detergent for laundry.

This place is excellent! The size of the room was impressive and I absolutely adored my ocean view balcony. Pictures will never give it justice. The hotel is located inside a modern building with other facilities (like another hotel, a 24/7 convenience store, etc) so it feels safe and lively at any time (not noisy at all, my room was soundproof). I loved the smooth checking process via message and the digital key, you can't lose it or forget it! The staff was so nice and responsive. Totally recommended!

The hotel is great. Exceptionaly clean and tidy. Good location and great value for money. Mind the fact that this is a receptionless hotel and that you will communicate with the hosts through sms/calls.

The beds were a bit on the soft side, but that is a matter of personal preference anyways.

The view from the apartment is amazing, there are many buses that will take you to the beach and only 20 mins by car to Seoraksan. There are many eating places and cafes just a short walk away. The car parking was great and the faceless entry worked well.

Good location, easily accessible from the Express Bus terminal. Close to a local bus stop and a market. Smooth check-in with mobile key.

Self check in is convenient. The owner was very responsive when we called for assistance.

Getting to the hotel was confusing because the room is located inside of a different hotel. The parking situation was very difficult. There were no staff at the hotel, so we could not replace towels, water, etc.
