This is a great place. I stay quite often. Good Breakfast, comfortable, quiet room. Easy parking. Conveniently located. I love having the wheeled carts available to unload my car. The morning gal was wonderful and explained the upcoming changes for the Green Tree App. I appreciated that because I was unable to book my stay though the website. I booked tis time through Booking.com. My #1 go to for hotel stays.

I was a little surprised this time at the reception I received. The young gal was efficient, but did not appear to be welcoming and friendly. Not great for weary travelers. I appreciate the "green" amenities in the bathroom, but the soap dispenser was empty. The bar was closed !! As was the pool and hot tub !! Being indoor, I felt it should have been opened.

The breakfast was great. There was something for everyone. The complementary cookies were yummy too. Great atmosphere, room was clean and beds were comfy. A place my family and I would stay again.

Since we were gonna have an early morning start, getting to bed at 9:30 was a little difficult because of the noise coming from the hotel bar. I understand it was a Friday night. Staying up late was to be expected. The 2nd floor rooms that are above the bar can hear everything as the noise echoes. The good thing is, there's only a few rooms that are affected. Mine just happened to be in that area. If you're a light sleeper, get a room that isn't near the hotel bar. Other than that, everything was great.

Breakfast was a surprise as most hotels have carbfest breakfasts. The eggs were cooked very well! Tawnya was personable and friendly upon check in. What a breath of fresh air after traveling all day. The hotel did not feel commercial~ it was comfortable and inviting. Carpet in our room passed the white sock test, which is rare. Loved the soap and shampoo! Water pressure was sufficient.

The couch in our room was saggy and uncomfortable. Could stand to have the cushions refreshed. Inexpensive fix if you do it yourself.

My son was transferred to the area and a quick review on Zillow and Trip Advisor gave me a picture of some remote outpost with one bar , two places to eat , one of which was part store and the other a gas station. Your hotel seemed out of place so we filled the cooler with food and a large pack of mre edibles and drove to Pinetop…Surprise was an understated reaction. Pinetop was like driving into Shangri la , my wife and I began to look for Monks. The first thing we noted was the paucity of Franchises, instead, singular family owned businesses. Then the trees, the numerous eating places, skiers, long eared squirrels, fresh air and your out of place hotel with no need for the heating wood in the back of our truck..so, my son and daughter in law can actually live a good life rather than hunkering down in the only bar in town lighted by an oil lamp. Enjoyed our stay..D

More time, the lobby was cordoned off with insulated aluminum, not a problem and probably needed as it was winter so ignore this..

Breakfast was pretty good. More baked goods, danish, etc would be better.

According to the check in desk Booking.com did not contact the hotel for requested adjoining rooms. And I did not know to call to confirm prior to arrival so it was not available to us. Traveling with small children so this would have made the stay much more enjoyable and easier. I will know for next time to confirm.

This hotel is conveniently located in Pinetop Area near my Mom, stores and restaurants. They offer free access to the local Gym for working out - although was too busy when I arrived there. Nice morning breakfast and staff are very friendly. Resolved my issue with fridge in room right away.

Just needs to be updated and deep-cleaned. Lot's of skier traffic and contractors staying there. So, getting run down. Also, could be updated with USB's charger plugs, etc., for modernization. But overall, not a problem.

For it being a last minute trip, I couldn't ask for a better choice in hotels. The hotel is nestled in the trees, so it just added to my trip. This was my boyfriend's first ever vacation and he was so thankful for everything

The tub was a bit tricky and the hot tub never got hot enough.

Hotel was very easy to find with many food options close by. There is a large hot tub and pool we we enjoyed for our whole stay. The breakfast was what you would expect, not amazing but did give enough choices to fill us up.

One thing we didn't like was the water in the shower. You either felt like your skin was melting off, way to hot, or it was ice cold.

Better than I expected. This was my first time staying with this brand of hotel. The facility is well maintained, very clean and even has a small bar in the lobby. Staff were very welcoming. Room was comfortable and clean. Quite location. Chose to eat breakfast across the street so we didn't check in to see what was offered at the hotel. All in all, very pleased with the value of this location

Room we had is directly over the lobby/entrance so you could hear when the front doors opened/closed. Wasn't distracting or affect sleep any. Would be nice if there was an Ice Machine on the second floor.

Friendly staff, clean hotel, room smelled great when we entered, room was spacious.

bathroom needs updating finished, toilet was older and mold starting to show up on ceiling in bath area, exhaust fan didn't work and light fixture over toilet missing cover. (room 222)
