Everything was wonderful. Front entrance with the rocking chairs was very nice to hang out. It was me my grandmother my uncle and my 14 month old. Very accessible in her stroller. Rooms were decent and cold. Restaurant was delicious. The Libra was very cozy and the self serve coffee was delicious. Once we figured out the parking situation it was fine. A lot of people may not know you can literally park ANYWHERE on the street. I suggest parking outside of Jackson Street by the valet entrance so you can avoid all the stairs. Especially when carrying luggage in and out. The hotel staff was great I forgot the gentleman's name but he was very friendly and helpful. Very accommodating staff. Everything was great especially all the history that shows through the walls. A great stay!

Only issue was finding fast food. Had to travel a few miles. But the sentry grill right around the corner has wonderful breakfast and a pretty good burger!

Gorgeous historic building. The rooms are not exceptionally fancy or anything (which is fine with me) but were very comfortable - the air conditioning was wonderfully cold, the water nice and hot, and the bed one of the most comfortable I've ever encountered in a hotel in any price range. The rooms are not huge, which I think is to be expected in a building of that era, but the high ceilings and lovely tall windows made the room feel spacious. The staff were all friendly and helpful, from housekeeping to the front desk to the restaurant staff.

I suppose if I were really nit-picky, the beds had been moved, probably by housekeeping when they change linens, which had left scratches in the wall that had not yet been repaired. It didn't affect the quality of the stay at all, but they should probably think about installing some sort of chair rail or something, it would just look nicer.

The historical nature of the venue. We'd always wanted to stay there for a special occasion. The restaurant was superb, best filet I'd ever eaten, a perfect medium rare. My wife's duck was mouth-wateringly tender. Veggies excellent, not mush as some places over-cook veg.

Our room's toilet kept running and the hot water faucet dripped. We did let the front desk know about it. All in all I give the Bently 8.5 / 10. Would go back again, but I would take the upgrade offered for $12 next time, I assume to a king.

Well we are from the are and moved away.. it was a bit of nostalgia.. but it was close to funeral home and church for funeral so it was lovely! Very very clean

The property itself was fine… the Bentley room restaurant was deplorable! Worst meal ever! We arrived at 7 pm! In a Thursday night. Tables are not “set up”. No salt and pepper, candle, silverware… my blackened fish was horrible. My husband had a steak and it was edible… but none of it with $125. Our waitress was excellent tho.

Like a time capsule of luxury and elegance. You cannot help but to feel like you’ve stepped back in time. There is nothing outdated about this building, it is very grand with carved molding and stone floors. The Bentley Room serves brunch starting at 9am. And from what I’ve read, they offer late night valet parking and room service. Brunch was excellent, the food was very tasty and seasoned well.

The parking is on the street. The Bentley Room automatically add 20% gratuity charge. My husband paid a tip before he noticed the gratuity was already charged.

The lobby and Mirror Room were lovely.

Very noisy at 5:30 am weekdays when some kind of delivery was being made under our window. We needed a place to eat Sunday evening and had to leave the hotel to find food, which was a bit of a problem for us. Both the restaurant and the bar were closed.

The rooms were a little small but immaculate. The parking was very close. I really like staying in unique hotels not the cookie-cutter cinder block creations off the interstate. Bentley is certainly not that. The bath accessories were very nice. The free waters were appreciated.

The TV did not have premium channels. The fridge was set a little too cold and froze my drinks. The folks in the next room were occasionally a little loud.

I loved the original historic decor. It felt as though you were stepping back in time. Lunch in the downstairs restaurant was delicious. Staff throughout—front desk, cleaning, and restaurant—was very friendly and accommodating. The ballroom, being decorated for a wedding, was lovely.

Parts of the property seemed to have seen better days. Particularly on the main level, some areas were closed. The front desk seemed rather makeshift.

I love the historical look. Everything was knowledgeable about this hotel. Close to all of our other places that we needed to go.

We couldn’t take photos. I love sharing memories with my family and friends. The breakfast was a little more than I expected.

We stopped at the restaurant for dessert and drinks (for the parents) before heading to bed. The desserts were AMAZING!!! My husband and kids are also big on history so they loved the little sprinklings of historical pieces around the hotel! The beignets were amazing!

That I couldn't get breakfast beignets at 645 am before we left! Lol - more a personal problem than a hotel issue. Should have taken some to go from dinner!
