The staff, rooms, common areas were neat, well maintained, very pleasant. The room and linens were clean and neat. The only improvement that applies to all hotels we have stayed in at various price levels is that hotels in general have stopped thorough cleaning of the carpets and tile floors. Tile and vinyl floors should be mopped and sanitized before new guests are assigned to rooms. Carpets should be vacuumed and cleaned before new guests are assigned. This hotel was cleaned as well as any we have been at. Our comment applies to the hotel industry in general.

Quiet, friendly and convenient. Walking distance to Mexican restaurant, music shop, Food City, and Ralph Stanley museum .

The second floor hallway has a smoky odor, even though it is a non smoking facility. The room had no odors and was great, so the hallway didn’t bother me.

This Sleep Inn was a very clean, well run property. The rooms were well maintained and very clean. Lots of tender, loving care given to the property by the owners. Nice!

They have limited parking due to their location next to the new roundabout. It wasn't much of a problem, but they will make you aware of it when you check in.

Room was clean and comfortable. In the center of clintwood and close to restaurants and grocery store. Breakfast was hot and staff was very friendly.

I booked an accessible room. It had pull bars in shower and toilet. But the toilet was not an ADA toilet. It was really low and with someone with a disability made it difficult to use.

Everything! Staff was so friendly & helpful. The hotel lobby was super clean and had a cozy, inviting feeling. The room was also immaculately clean. The beds were amazing! The sheets, blankets, and pillows were the most comfortable we had slept on all week. The breakfast was delicious. Very clean dining room & the food was hot & fresh. We had been traveling from Gatlinburg back to Illinois & wanted to see Loretta Lynn's home in Butcher Holler on the way back. This was the perfect hotel for us! About an hour and a half from her childhood home. This hotel definitely exceeded our expectations! Thank you! Jenna & Eric

Great location! The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was great—more than I expected.

It worked out but I could not quite figure out the air conditioner. It was not bad. And it was on me that it was really too late at night to ask. I still slept well.

Never disappointed when staying here.

AC unit was louder than usual but I may have been more sensitive to noises this time.

The parking lot is very small in the front which is the only level parking the parking in the back is on a very very steep hill. The first room we had was a double quenn righ behind the elevator so much of the room was eaten up by that and the electric room. So the 2nd day we asked to be switched and the only room they had was a suite which cost me an extra $50 bucks for the night. We were with our 9 month old so we needed the extra space.

The hotel was beautiful! Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Location is close to everything. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming.

There was nothing that we didn't like.

The room very large and clean. They have a great staff! The guy working when we checked was super friendly and very helpful. The lady running breakfast that morning was a joy and wanted everyone to get what they wanted!
