Room was comfortable and clean, large enough to get around. Knows it was an access room, but a chair to sit in would have been nice. Had to sit on bed or desk chair. But was alright. Staff was courteous and helpful. The breakfast provided was warm and tasty. The area kept clean and the food refreshed. Checkout was easy. Would stay there again.

Like I said above, a chair would have been nice other than the desk one. Would have been more comfortable to watch tv.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, nice room. Wifi was fine.

The air conditioning was too loud, the staff moved my room but it still could not be switched off, she tried three other rooms and apparently it's just on permanent. I like to sleep in silence, I did have ear plugs with me which helped. The hotel had no bar, not a problem for me as I do not drink but I think it lacked a bit of atmosphere.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was great. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Bathrooms had a perfect number of towels and wash cloths.

Pillows were not that comfortable; Thermostat was in correct on temperature. TV volume was weak.

Everything. The staff was perfect, room was spotless.

The price was a bit steep I thought, especially for a last minute thing. I'd prepaid for Super 8 and lost all of that money because the room had an overwhelming smell of chemicals. Hampton had one available and at that point we needed somewhere plus Hampton is 5 star in my book.

The entire stay was so pleasant. Even though we arrived later in the evening, we were greeted with smiles, and an easy check in. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the hot breakfast was excellent as well.

The hotel was not visible from the highway, but it was not difficult to find. In the light of day, I loved the quaint city location and view.

The breakfast was good and the hotel was really clean and nice. Most of the staff was extremely friendly except one of the front desk clerks.

The front desk clerk wasn’t very friendly. The bathroom handle was turned around backwards so anyone outside could lock you in the bathroom. Lol. There was a lot of hair in the tub drain that needed cleaned out.

The welcoming note on the TV with my name on it was amazing. The room was extremely clean. The most important thing that I loved about the property is the high-quality of products that they provide for clients… that was impressive.

The sheets were a little bit rough, but other than that, everything else is good

Room was spacious, well designed. Could possibly add a table a d chairs for sitting in the king suites, plenty of room.

Hot water for showers was not readily available. Heat did not reach into bathroom without turning it way up, making the room itself unbearable.

The only complaint, which really isn't a complaint, but the pool wasn't open during my stay. Other than that, this is my new favorite place to stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was absolutely wonderful. Very satisfied with the room, which was very spacious, clean and quiet.

not a complaint… everything was good. But Designated motorcycle parking would be nice. This area is a hot spot for motorcycle riders and sport car drivers running the mountain roads.
