Location - 7 mins walk to Taoyuan railway station, 30mins railway train ride to Taipei main station, 20 mins cab ride to Taoyuan airport cost around twd500 or Uber 6 seater around twd700, airport bus number 706 at Taoyuan railway station, Taoyuan railway train doesn’t go to Taoyuan airport as need to change train at Taipei main station. Food stalls below the hotel. Hotel is just at the alley next to a mall - turn into the food stall alley after u pass ‘poya’ at the mall (didn’t manage to take down the name but it is diagonally across to tonyin plaza or alley across to nike shop at the traffic lights), turn at the 1st huge neon hotel board arrow sign to the lift that brings u up the hotel. The hotel is 3years old and really nicely maintained. Their are located at level 6 and 7 with over 100 rooms at level 6 and 20+ rooms at level 7. More foods can be found at tonyin plaza and att mall. According to passer-by, food are mainly found at the direction towards railway train station from the hotel. Location is vibrant with shops. Room is comfortable with all basic amenities available. Though can hear snores and voice from outside the room it is faint sound that didn’t distract my sleep. Water in the shower is strong with huge bath tub inside. Bathroom wall is frosted glass except for the top and bottom of glass which is transparent. Can only see shape through frosted glass hence not a concern so long as you trust that your friend doesn’t peek through the transparent glass to watch u shower. Bed is comfortable. Room size is decent and could accommodate the luggages. They provide water bottle in the room and u can refill the water at the lobby. We book there as the prices in Taipei is ridiculously high during the weekend ie 3x higher. Staff are friendly, helpful and nice. We booked a total of 4 rooms : 3 rooms with 2 queen size beds and 1 room with 2 single beds. All of us like the rooms and they put us just next to each other which was great.

Near the train station, plenty of places to shop and get something to eat. The room itself is always clean, smells good, beds are comfortable, bathroom is clean. The 24-hour staff is always prompt and helpful. We have been there a few times. It's a short 20-minute Uber drive to the airport. Taipei is a short train ride away.

The table in the room is very small and there is only one chair. The staff will let me get a second chair if I ask but it's very cramped with two chairs at a small table. It's basically a small hotel room, don't expect more than a bed and a bathroom. TV is in Chinese, no Netflix or other app.

The staff are super friendly and helpful, starting from check-in to check-out, everything was so smooth (though we arrived very late around 1AM). We kept our luggages here since our flight was at 8pm. When we came back to pick-up the luggage, just realize I left my newly bought phone strap in room. The staff proceed accordingly to check with housekeeping, and it turns out not just phone strap but my friend tumbler and Namane Card also left behind, and housekeeping have kept all the stuff neatly in one plastic bag with writing of our room number. The room was clean, bigger than all of our hotel rooms from previous trip in South Korea, well-equipped (kettle, in room telephone, fridge, safe, cup+coffee & tea, big new TV set, hairdryer, bathtub+2 different shower head), the bed and pillow is much way nicer than expected.

The location is very lively, full Asian style, but a bit seedy, especially the outside looks of the lift...but it was totally fine and safe. The all glass bathroom, it means when someone use the toilet and turn up the light, it will wake you also with the light, so use blindfold.

Compact, efficient with ample space and a modern design. The staff though very limited English , was always helpful.

The shower door and caulking had mildew stains and trimming on the door was coming off. The shower drain was clogged. Though a guy came and cleared the drain. Paint in the side tables was flaking off and the place looked like maintenance was not being done. Also, there are no windows in the room I had.

The room is large nd location is convenient. It’s difficult to find the entrance if one did not watch the video on how to get there, if you use the “wrong” side of the lift, you will get to a dodgy computer game place with some smokers. Stock to the main entrance. We only stayed for 1 night. In retrospective, it’s better to stay near Taipei main station where one can get to the airport in 30mins via MRT instead of 45 mins bus.

No breakfast was offer, will like to try it till my another visit... extra pillows were chargable tho i pay for this price (SGD 130) per night , thot at least each bed come with 2 pillows instead of 1. Check in time a bit too late, stated 4pm, altho the check in additional rate is reasonable, was thinking if the hotel will had waived it off, with goodwill gesture, i will be more than happier and consider with no hesitatation choose for my next stay in the same hotel till my nxt visit in april 2024. But overall, was pleasant and peaceful.. love the room and service.

More pillows, checkin time slightly earlier

We recently stayed at City Suites in Taoyuan for a transit night and were delighter. The hotel's location is great, making it a convenient choice for travelers in Taoyuan. The room furniture was very clean and comfy, contributing to a comfortable stay. Overall cleanliness was top-notch, and the efficiency and professionalism of the staff were commendable. Highly recommended for a hassle-free and pleasant experience and very very affordable price.

Unfortunately the room lacked a window, making it more ideal for brief stays or limited time spent in the hotel. Although the exact location is great, the hotel floor is a bit hard to find.

The location is near to the train station. Room size was acceptable for a night stay. Room was clean too. Toilet is big as well. Everything is good. And as we are vegetarian, there is a vegetarian buffet just opposite the hotel at Tonlin Plaza. That’s a plus point for us.

The hotel is located on a few floors of a building. The entrance of the lift that goes to the hotel is hidden in an alley. Was not easy to find as there’s no indication. We were lucky that the taxi driver who picked us from the airport guided us on how to find the entrance before we alighted.

Though a little on the smaller side, the room provided the amenities we needed and we didn't think anything was lacking. The bed was extremely comfortable, coffee and tea packets were refilled everyday and there is good water pressure from the shower. The location is also fantastic as it is a short walk from Taoyuan TRA.

No windows :(

The room was very quite and clean. Considering the cost per night, the hotel offers an amazing value. The hotel is very close to the railway station, and there are many nice restaurants around the hotel. The building outside might look a bit doggy, and the entrance elevator looked a bit poor, but the interior is very nice. I would definitely come back again if needed.
