The villas are great and good for families and also for large groups. It is close to all the major attractions in Salalah and offers all the apartment equipments like washing machine, fridge and microwave. The staff were very helpful and accommodative in case if there was any issue in the Villa. Parking our car outside the villa helped so we could move all our things in quickly. There are also good restaurants close to the vicinity that we enjoyed.

I had to move from one villa initially to another villa as the way ACs were not working. please check your ACs once you settle in. The bathroom tiles were a bit slippery I recommend them to add a bathroom floor mat. there was no other thing to do besides just staying in the Villa - like no garden for kids or no swimming pool or sitting area.

We hired two bungalows which were opposite each other as my sisters family went too. My 4 children & niece was walking around outside within the villa, running across in & out of the bungalows until late night, the front doors were open until we went to bed We felt safe & staff were really friendly.

The location is perfect, away from traffic and close to the main tourist spots. Plenty of restaurants near-by. Very silent and peaceful.

The washrooms were not clean. The rooms also had a smell.

The rooms are perfect for family, we stayed in two bedroom villah, its huge and beds are comfortable. We glad stayed at this proprty

Washing machine wasn't working and basic utensiles aren't covered. So we forced to eat each food outside

Spacious villa, we stayed in 3 BR villa which is spacious and a convenient one for 8 persons. Kitchen utensils and cooking range was in good condition and can be used for making breakfast or even dinner. Barbeque is allowed in the area just besides villa.
