I liked the onsite bar and restaurant, decor, rooftop area with seating and hot tub. The location was great, close to restaurants, shops, etc. Walk in shower was great.
No mini-fridge in the room. But the front desk did get ice upon request. The front desk did adjoining rooms since it was a girls' trip, which was nice to be able to go back and forth between rooms. The bathroom van wasnt very powerful.

The room size seemed on the small size but the decor and urban feel made up for that. The experience at the Crosby will be an unforgettable experience for our family. Parking was good and food was also good.
The price seemed higher for the room size so the value didnt meet the expectation but the hotel was really nice and well cared for.

Location was great. Staff was very nice, polite, accommodating. Very clean property. Wish they offered breakfast even if it was just coffee and pastries.
Offer a continental breakfast. I mean, for $400 per night that’s the least they could do!

Comfortable clean room. The hotel was accommodating for what I asked for.
No phone in the room. And for the amount of money for the room. I think there should have been free breakfast or accommodations to the restaurant inside the hotel for it.

DIdn't have breakfast there. Very much enjoyed the bar visually with it's expansive collection of whiskeys and bourbons. Tasted a few. The room was spacious with outdoor seating with a view of Stillwater. Think we shall return sometime.
Hmm... perhaps a price deal. That would definitely get us to return.

Great location, clean rooms, nice bar and restaurant.
Our room (133) was dark and beds were not the most comfortable. Noisy neighbors kept us up our first night. We felt the wine prices were ridiculously high.

The building itself was built to fit in with the existing buildings- very good. The interior was really nicely done. Good vibes.
Our room was nice but nothing exceptional that warranted the high price.

loved the location and Matchsticks bar/ restaurant our bartender we was more than delightful and assisted us in picking first rate meal choices
seems the rooms have little insulation, as the room next to us were quite noisy and we could hear it all, on the second floor. Amana blew such cool air that could not sleep on bed closest to it. We set register at 74degrees.

Room and location were lovely.
The bed was unusually low, so that could be a concern for some guests. Also, given how lovely the hotel is, it surprised me that there were no complementary robes available.
