If you want to stay in a place to move in the Amalfi coast this will be your best option, the airbnb has an excellent location, it is 8 min walk from the beach and the bus stop that takes you anywhere, also around you have what you need as restaurants, stores, etc.. We were impressed by the kindness of the owners of the airbnb, they offered us their help and were very attentive to us, they made us feel at home. 100% recommend this place as it is a quiet place with everything you need around you.

Comfortable bed, cool room with air conditioning (despite being on the top floor under the roof). Spacious bathroom and good shower. The host, Francesco, was kind and helpful with all our needs. Location is convenient, just a few minutes from the town center and the port. Breakfast could be improved with more fresh products and fruit. The kitchen is self-managed in the morning but is cleaned once a day and always tidy.

Unfortunately, WiFi didn’t work during our entire stay due to technical issues with the fiber connection (but the host informed us as soon as we arrived) Parking is convenient but a bit improvised. Cars are parked in a line, so you need to coordinate with other guests if someone is parked in front or behind you. However, for €15 per day, it’s a good deal considering parking prices along the coast.

Cetara, home of the renowned Alice colatura, offers a charming stay at the BnB "Sotto il Tetto." The host is truly exceptional—always attentive and ready for engaging conversations about Cetara and the latest happenings. He’s more than happy to provide recommendations for whatever you need. The accommodation features three uniquely themed rooms: Olive, Figue, and Citrus. I had the pleasure of staying in the Olive room, which is painted in a lovely mint color that I adore. The room has everything you need for a short visit, and I felt completely at home. Another highlight was the breakfast: Stefanos’ mother bakes delicious cakes that are simply divine. If you’re looking for a restaurant, I highly recommend “MarePizza.” There, you’ll meet Anna, the sweetest restaurant host. At first, she may seem a bit intimidating, but once you get to know her, she’s incredibly warm and happy to recommend the catch of the day. Enjoy your stay in Cetara and relax at Sotto il Tetto—it's the perfect place for an unforgettable experience!

We really enjoyed our stay, particularly the location, which was just a five-minute walk from the beach. The room was clean, well-organized, and equipped with all the essentials we needed as guests. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with detailed public transport information from the beginning of our stay until the end. He was always available on WhatsApp if we had any questions, and we really appreciated his support—he’s a genuinely nice guy.

However, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. It would be more convenient if a small trash bin were provided in the bedroom, in addition to the ones in the bathroom and kitchen. Also, having small labels in the kitchen would be helpful. When we tried to make coffee, there were several types of coffee powder, and we accidentally used one meant for a coffee machine instead of instant coffee. Aside from these minor points, everything else was fantastic, and we had a great stay!

The location is perfect. Cerata is better value than other places and much more Italian. You have nice walks and the people in the village are nice. Guess it is due to early season visit. The beds are good and location is great. Parking is available! breakfast is okay and could be improved with better quality juice and perhaps a yogurt. Overall a great place. Tip take the ferry to Positiano and Amalfi instead of the bus. Eat a local pizza and bring it home or eat it at the port.

a short walk from the beach, ferry and restaurants. clean room. plenty of (sweet) food and coffee etc. available in the kitchen for breakfast. the host’s mother met me at the property and was lovely. the accommodation is on the 3rd floor so this property actually has a lot less steps than other places in Cetara!

Breakfast is help yourself from the kitchen and it can feel quite crowded and noisy with the other guests as it’s all a relatively intimate space (but typical of many places you will stay in this area). a family of four was there when I stayed and it was difficult to get into the kitchen area in the mornings as they were making a lot of use of the facilities to make meals for the young children. which was great for them but I just ended up forgoing breakfast in the end. this wasn’t any fault of the host though.

I traveled with my daughter to Cetara. Cetara is a wonderful quaint and authentic village to stay in. There are no hotels in Cetara. It is away from the crowded hustle and bustle which makes you feel at home. It is easy access to the ferry, close to the coast, beach and restaurants. We enjoyed our room at B&B Sotto un Tetto. It is nestled within the village amongst the local homes. We stayed in the olive room, a small room with 2 twin beds, private bathroom and a sky light. The entire quest house was spotless. It was perfect for the two of us. We had access to a shared kitchen. Francesco, the host left us a pastry every morning and coffee and juice was available too. It was lovely having breakfast on the terrace. Francesco was very accommodating, had great communication and very friendly. We booked private transportation with Francesco to and from the airport which was more affordable than a taxi. B&B Sotto un Tetto in Cetara exceeded our expectations and I would return in a heartbeat. It is a home away from home.

Bathroom a bit old (the shower cabin was broken and it was not possible to close it) and there was only one small sachet of shampoo for 3 nights for 2 people (no soap, no shower gel)

Francesco was very kind, he helped us with our luggage when we arrived and gave us great tips for our trip around the Amalfi Coast. The room was super cute and comfortable and the breakfast was great. We loved our stay there! Highly recommend :)

If I will again come to Amalfi, I'll stay again in Cetara. Nice vibe, not too many tourists, and I also really liked the B&B.
