It’s a comfortable place to stay , they give you breakfast every morning and you have 3 options to choose from. We are vegetarian and they adapted the breakfast for us.

It was a bit far from the main road ( ao Nang road ) but completely walkable. Around 15 min walk

The bungalow was very clean and spacious with a nice big bathroom too. The bed was very comfortable and the air con worked well. It was nice and quiet at night the only thing you can hear are birds and insects outside which is lovely. The breakfast was delicious, and the host was very nice and helpful. We rented a motorbike off him for 2 days and this was great as we could go from the bungalow to the beach/market/dinner easily in 5-10 mins. Grab taxis are also really easy and cheap to get from here as well if you don’t want to ride a motorbike. Overall we really enjoyed our time at Cocco house and think it’s amazing value for what you get!

Good, quiet air con, clean room with refrigerator, Michele and the staff are very friendly and approachable for questions and advice, nice breakfast (the plate of fruit is a delicious addition), scooter rental possible at a good price, great value for money. We also really liked the location which felt like real Thailand and was much better than the terribly noisy and touristy Ao Nang beach.

Perhaps a little communal area where one can get some hot water for a cup of coffee or tea during the day would be nice.

>The location is slightly off-road the way/road to the property can bit lonely/quiet/dark if you don't have a bike/vehicle . But that was not an issue for us from second day onwards as we rented a scooter from property. With scooter all the lively Krabi places are around 10 mins from the property

We were staying at the lowest cost room with breakfast inclusive package. Facilities were good. Manager Michele is very helpful and prompt. They also have bikes for rent. Location is close to Nopparat thara beach so boat tours can pick up and drop you easily at the hotel. 7-eleven, laundromat, gas station are 2 minutes away. On Wednesdays you can check out the weekly night market at the same location. Hotel is family friendly. Will definitely consider this if we are visiting Krabi again.

Few more shelves on the wall would have been nice to organise our luggage. Make sure to check the faucet etc if staying in the budget rooms. There were no lockers.

The manager Michele is the kindest and most available person we found during this trip. He is very attentive to customers’ needs. Breakfast was very good and they rent scooters, this is for sure a plus. The place is quiet and far from the busy Ao Nang, which also makes it difficult to reach it by walk. If you don’t mind driving a scooter, it is perfect. Beds were quite clean and comfortable (just some old stains on the bed sheets).

The place is overall falling apart, and would need significant renovation. The garden could be better tended to, bungalows are quite old and not very cozy, there is smell of sewers coming up in the bathroom and AC smells like humidity too. It would be nice to have small table lamps next to the bed and mosquito nets on the bed.

The place itself is a bit away from the center, which makes it really quiet. The house is small, but comfortable, and has everything you need, including A/C, small fridge and big bathroom. What makes the place great is a host! Michele is a person, who can help you with anything you want, give you great hint or advice and just nice person to have a conversation with. BTW, take an advice and rent the bike right at the place, so you can see and visit more places around and save time

This place checked all the boxes - quiet location, good breakfast, exceptional hospitality, friendly staff, and comfortable (not typical SEA firm) mattress. The bathroom was modern and the space was a perfect size for one or two people. Air conditioning was efficient. I will 100% book again when I return to Ao Nang, and would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a calm place not far out of town.

Breakfast (veggie fried rice with egg) was tasty, but could be spicier.

Beautiful accommodation, clean, in the green, very quiet and relaxing. Close to supermarkets and restaurants. A very lovely breakfast, we loved the omelette. Family owned by very kind people. The owner who is always there and taking care of the guests is a very nice and sympathetic guy, who speaks perfect English and Italian. The day of our departure Grab had a problem and our car didn't arrive. He immediately arranged a taxi to the airport and even gave us 60- 70 baht, that we were missing for the taxi, because we didn't have enough cash 😅🙈. it was quite remote and a private place to stay away from the noise of the city. it was clean and hassle free.

despite being in quite a remote place, the walls were thin so the bugs, birds and sound of people praying in mosques were very loud. i woke up multiple times to noises throughout the night. there were also quite a lot of bugs due to there being a lot of foliage in that area.
