Firstly the place is attractive from outside, the garden is refreshing! Then it's the wonderful staff, so welcoming and always willing to help. Did I mention the cleanliness! The place is situated in a prime area in Durban North, shops and restaurants are easily accessible! My husband and I wanted some quiet and tranquil and I must say this place offers exactly this! Esoyi is our home away from home moving forward! Keep it up guys!

A bar fridge in the room would be wonderful though!

The lady who was serving us was exceptional, very welcoming, The breakfast was okay, The room was also in good condition. Not mentioning the bed it was very comfortable and in a right position for us as a couples 😜 will definitely come back

Nothing at all... The sad part was us checking out 🙁😂😂... Or and also if they could provide the microwave and a Bar fridge for the stuff we bought would be great

The beautiful service we received from Vuyi and Zethu was out of this world. They were friendly, kind and very helpful from arrival to departure. The food was incredible I will definitely come back. Nqobile you got amazing stuff members who are passionate and excellent at what they do. Zethu goes beyond the call of duty wanted to come back with her. What an exceptional experience. Vuyi and Zethu assisted my decor lady. Super grateful thank you thank you.

The place's location was great. Close to all the important amenities in the suburb. The place itself is beautiful. It gave somewhat of a blast from the past vibe with the decor inside. I could imagine my lady and I staying in a place like this permanently.

The place was beautiful, peaceful and private. Nqobile, the host, went over and above to make sure our stay was great. The staff were so friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Overall a great experience, will book again.

We could've done with bigger bed as we had baby maybe I need to ask if they have cot option in advance next time , It was a double as described so wasn't any errors on their behalf, also kettle for baby's milk in room would've been handy, but the ladies always helped and brought us hot water , They couldn't do enough to help, owners are lucky with staff ,I would go back and bring travel cot next time live and learn ,

The hotel is well located and the rooms were very clean and nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was always amazing.

I didn't like the fact that there was no bar fridge and a microwave. They need to put a bigger board to show the name of the hotel.

I was welcomed with love from day 1 by Sis Nhlaka , she's so loving ❤️ I'm definitely coming back The owner bought me a birthday gift which i will cherish for the rest of my life They showed me love i even cried on my last day .

Private entrance to cottage that was really nice. Quiet during day and night

Would prefer that they give you a choice on the hot breakfast. Do not think that a single choice was suitable.

The hospitality of the caretaker Nhlaka, she was an exceptional caretaker.
