The hotel's location is super near the supermarket, mall and a number of other amenities. It's also a short walk from the MRT - Thailand Cultural Centre. It was always an easy commute going to all different places in Bangkok. The staff are nice and friendly. They are always ready to help. I left 2 pairs of earphones in the hotel and I was able to go back and get them even after 2 days. Thanks so much to everyone from the hotel especially the Manager.

The wifi isn't the best but I was still able to work when I had to attend meetings. I was able to use the wifi to connect my mobile phones when needed.

Location is excellent 1 min to Big C Extra, food court and massage 5 mins to The One Ratchada night market / MRT Thailand Cultural Centre Station / The Street Ratchada / Esplanade 10mins to Lotus supermarket 15mins to Jodd Fairs night market/ Central Rama 9 Staff are all nice and helpful. They let me use the iron. Room is clean and spacious in Block B. The bed is comfortable. Shower is strong and water is hot. 2 bottles of drinking water are provided everyday. Variety choices of breakfast.

Just one minor thing, the socket next to the bed is not working. But there are still many other sockets in the room. I was in Room 2722.

The room that I booked is on the old building. The style and decoration the room is a bit old-style but the size of the room is very big. I really enjoy the facilities like Microwave and the sink. The living room is also big. There are many choices of restaurants and shopping mall nearby the the hotel. The breakfast was awesome with selection of Burger/Rice/Noodles

Great location, very clean rooms,rooms have plenty of space. Staff were very helpful although sometimes they had trouble understanding English.

After a while the breakfasts get a bit boring, in saying that there was plenty to eat.

We booked a room in Tower B but changed to Tower A for personal reasons. Suite Room Tower B - everything is brand-new and modern. The room is quite spacious, with a large window. Bathtub and shower in the bathroom. Room Tower A - very spacious with a bedroom and living room. It was comfortable to work with a computer. The location is fantastic - close to Big C with food court, night market with street food, many small restaurants and two malls within walking distance. The Metro station is also not too far. As we were in Bangkok for work, it was not important to stay in the center.

Room A-Suite is a bit tired, particularly the bathroom. The windows in the room are very small and cannot be opened. Suite room Tower B - in the bathroom there were no hooks or rails for the towels and clothes.

Room is standard, not much expect with this price, great value if you are just want to sleep in the hotel. Location is great, in front have Big C Breakfast is great, staff is helpful and polite.

The facilities in toilet, bath tub is hard not that clean. I am not sure about is it the position of the bath tub is wrong or what. The over flow water will leak out and make the toilet wet.

One of our favorite hotels in Bangkok. Close to MRT and big C shopping center. Easy to get a taxi. Rooms in tower B are clean and new. Breakfast is ok but u don't expect a full 5 star buffet,

when the hotel is empty an earlier check in would be nice, But strictly 2 pm and not a minute sooner,

The room was a bit to small for a family

I liked how the staff were so friendly and willing to help. I liked how the hotel was very close to a supermarket and a mall and a metro station which was very convenient.

Friendly staff, new rooms, pool with towels. Location was good, but for us coming on the train was tricky with suitcases from the station.

Minor improvements for a better stay: Breakfast was relatively simple but fine. Could do with more hooks to hang jackets and wet towels. There was nowhere to hang wet swim wear.
